    Above, you can see some concept art that represents the game’s three base classes: (a rogue with a bow, a warrior with a sword and shield, and a mage with insane fire magic). Two dragons may be seen lurking in the distance as they appear to do battle with the Darkspawn. These two dragons may be any two random dragons, however, there is a significant context in the artwork and the canon of Dragon Age that makes it likely that they are two new Archdemons.

    The first need is that they look exactly like the Darkspawn. Blights, as most people know, start when Darkspawn corrupt an Old God they locate in the Deep Roads and turn into an Archdemon. These dormant Old Gods are probably dragons as well, but they may have taken any form before becoming tainted and distorted into an Archdemon.

    While one Archdemon was defeated by the Wardens in Dragon Age: Origins, the general populace is aware that a second Archdemon is still at large in the Deep Roads (until reincarnated in the Old God Baby, Morrigan’s offspring Kieran).

    Razikale, the God of Mystery, and Lusacan, the God of Night, are two of these ancient deities. Given the clear thematic connection between these two, plus the fact that the two dragons seen in the above concept art share similar yet distinctive markings, this is an intriguing development. Like Razikale and Lusacan, both are white with gold horns, indicating a familial relationship.

    If this is the case, then we need to know why two Archdemons appear at the same time as Solas is trying to tear down the Veil. It’s important to realize that the Warden’s treatment of the Old Gods and Archdemons has infuriated Solas. Irrelevant in context, many people have come to the conclusion that the Tevinter Old Gods and the Evanuris are the same things.

    To begin, remember that there are 7 Old Gods and 9 Evanuris, but that among the Evanuris, Fen’Harel is Solas and Mythal was killed when Solas sealed away the Old Gods.

    According to legend (and common sense), Solas imprisoned the other seven Evanuris beneath the Veil. Not Tevinter’s advances, as was widely believed initially, but this is what ultimately leads the Elves to lose their immortality. The 7 Old Gods beckoned Tevinter Magisters from beyond the Veil, instructing them to enter the Golden City.

    Corypheus, a villain in Dragon Age: Inquisition, claims that when they finally reached the throne of the Maker, they found it vacant. It’s not far-fetched to assume that The Eternal City and the Golden City of the Chantry are the same places.

    They have driven away and transformed into Darkspawn after they arrived, either as a result of the Veil, their own emotions, or the wrath of the Evanuris. Darkspawn would naturally go in pursuit of the Old Gods in the Deep Roads, setting in motion the events leading up to Dumat’s arrival and the beginning of the first Blight.

    These deities are either the husks and bones of the Old Gods before their captivity, or they are connected to the Elven Forgotten Ones. It’s possible that the Old Gods and the Evanuris are connected in some manner, and that Solas’ activities will hasten the arrival of these Old Gods/Archdemons, or at least cause them to manifest, perhaps in this pure white and golden form, before they become corrupted.

    Solas wants to erase his creation of the Veil and restore the unity of the real world and the Fade. He thinks this is the only way to save the Elves, but Solas/The Dread Wolf has a lengthy track record of making poor choices. The globe is in peril, whether or not he succeeds, and a super blight could be the result.

    The concept of duality, or the number 2, appears to be significant in the upcoming Dragon Age 4. One question to ponder is with which two Elven Gods the Tevinter Old Gods would side if their names were Razikale and Lusacan. Their legends align with those of Falon’Din and Dirthamen.

    One possible translation of the latter’s name is Razikale, God of Mystery, which fits with the title Keeper of Secrets that the figure enjoys. In addition, the former, Falon’Din, translates to Lusacan, the God of Night (a common thematic component to death).

    However, Lusacan is a woman, and Falon’Din is commonly referred to as a man, despite the fact that many Dalish elves have repeatedly been shown to be erroneous about their own ancient tradition (like the Vallaslin). Therefore, the difference is negligible. The fact that Falon’Din and Dirthamen are twins and have always shared a dual nature is highlighted by the design of the two dragons above.

    There is a long line of twos and dual natures aligning here, from the two people in the Dragon Age 4 trailer to the two lights on with the seven orbs (seven total Elven Gods and Solas himself possessed an orb, as shown above) to the dual nature of these Elven Gods/Archdemons.

    This is still tinfoil hat territory for the time being, and it will be intriguing to watch where the plot goes in Dragon Age 4, but it’s also conceivable that this is just a small element of Solas’ greater scheme.

    Several characters’ speech lines make reference to a cute NPC named Yaoyao. Before working for Ganyu, she was Xiangling’s junior when the two apprenticed under the same master chef. The Yaoyao’s four-star status was verified during the 3.4 live streams, and she will be made freely available at the Latern Rite event.

    While no official date has been set, it seems likely that Mika, a four-star Cyro from Mondstadt and a member of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance, will be included in the 3.5 updates.

    Varka

    Varka, Grand Master and Knight of Boreas, is rumored to be the most powerful person in all of Mondstadt. We don’t know when Varka will be made available, and neither do we know when the other planned Genshin Impact characters will be.

    Many of the game’s characters have mentioned Varka, but he has yet to be given a playable representation. Jean has been put in charge of the Knights of Favonius while Varka is off on an adventure.

    Deyha

    Deyha is a mercenary for the Ermites, a new group arriving in Genshin Impact who trace their ancestry back to an old civilization in the desert. She’s from Sumeru, and it appears that she will be using a claymore as her Pyro weapon of choice.

    Dainsleif

    Hoyoverse introduced Dainsleif, the Bough Keeper, during the 2020 Tokyo Game Show, however, they did not provide a release window. The voice actor for him has been announced, but we have no idea when he will actually show up.

    Perhaps we will run into Dainsleif when we eventually investigate his native world of Khaenri’ah, an underground realm that is not a part of Teyvat.

    Baizhu

    Genshin Impact NPC Baizhu is the proprietor of Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue. The fact that he has Dendro vision has given players hope that he may eventually be playable.

    Over the course of the latest game’s life cycle, there has been a great deal of dissatisfaction within the Sims community. Since we had all played The Sims 3, we had an idea of what to expect from The Sims 4. Players had high hopes that it would improve upon the series’ predecessors. More refined dynamics and engrossing play were on our wish list. It’s disappointing that this isn’t actually the case.

    There’s no denying that The Sims 4 introduces some fantastic new elements. It’s a bummer to say it, but it feels like they could have been a better fit with some of the older games. The next iteration may really shake things up if it included features that could help the community move past its current rut.

    Much of what many players saw as The Sims 4’s downfall was the result of the game’s omission of features that had been mainstays in previous installments of the series, some of which dated back more than a decade. It’s unclear why some of the game’s most beloved elements were removed from the latest release. The community appears to be disregarded even further with each subsequent add-on pack. These are seven areas where we feel The Sims 4 fell short and where we hope The Sims 5 will make up the difference.

    Even by video game standards, The Sims 4’s release was completely out of the ordinary. The original game lacked many features that have become standard for the series. There were no pools, automobiles, hot tubs, or even infants present during the launch of the game.

    Since the very first game, players have had access to automobiles, swimming pools, and hot tubs, and these features have come to be taken for granted in every subsequent version. The Sims 2 was the first game to feature toddlers. Therefore, it is puzzling that such crucial components were missing from the start. A complete developmental stage skipped over? Why?     Initially, you needed to purchase The Sims 4 Perfect Patio Stuff bundle in order to have a hot tub, and pools were only added in a later free update. But after years of waiting, a free update finally fixed it. After nearly three years, infants and toddlers were finally introduced to the game, but automobiles remain absent. To get to school or elsewhere, our sims can’t even use a carpool system or public transportation like buses. It’s weird to watch them stroll off the screen.

    Better Gameplay

    You can witness the improvement between Sims games by watching let’s plays of previous games on YouTube and the newest one. Without adding any custom content, The Sims 4’s gameplay can get rather boring. Every expansion fails to deliver on its promise of introducing substantial new content.

    The Sims 4 appears to be aimed squarely toward the twenties and thirties. Playing the game as an infant, kid, teenager, or senior citizen might get incredibly repetitive. There is an absence of activity.

    Though expansion packs for The Sims 4 often promise new content, they don’t always deliver. By giving equal weight to each stage of life, The Sims 5 may fix this problem. Bingo, knitting, sewing, golf, and other activities aimed at seniors should be available in-game.

    We need to allow kids and teens the freedom to attend school (for once, can we get schools that aren’t rabbit holes? ), sneak out, and make some genuine memories.     Less Loading Screens/ open-world

    Those loading screens are so 2004. The Sims 2 came out in 2004. Since The Sims 3 was the first open-world game in the series, loading screens became largely obsolete when it was launched in 2009. What happened that The Sims 4 once again required loading screens? It seems to have been done so that the game might function more smoothly on older or less powerful PCs. This is a step backward, but I can see why you’d think so.

    The upcoming game may not be totally open-world, but it may still feature fewer loading screens than The Sims 4. Each globe in The Sims 4 is further subdivided into smaller, independent communities. I’ve never understood the rationale behind installing screens in these areas.

    Even visiting a neighbor’s house requires a loading screen, even if they live right next door. Having two of them would be excessive, in my opinion. The fifth game should either have no loading windows between levels or be completely open like The Sims 3. I mean, think about it: it makes perfect logic.

    Sims With Personality

    We can probably all agree that the Sims in the fourth game isn’t as interesting as those in the previous games. The next episode has the potential to save the series by providing us with more interesting characters. Once upon a time, our virtual selves could have astrological signs, likes and dislikes, a total of five personality qualities (instead of three), and more! Unless you have a strong imagination, our characters may start to melt together quickly.

    The Sims 5’s create-a-sim mode needs a robust method for customizing characters. Each of our simulated people should be able to look extremely different from the rest of the populace. Having the option to pick five qualities for our characters instead of three would be a great beginning.

    You get tired of seeing the same individual all throughout town because sims only have three attributes. We should also have the freedom to select our preferred hues, musical genres, and culinary fare. That’s something we’ve done previously, too. Once again, a ton of cool stuff was taken away for no apparent reason. People in the community should be able to work together to make truly original sims.

    Community Picked DLC

    The community-voted packs are one positive result of the fourth game. The Laundry Day Stuff Pack and the Nifty Knitting Stuff Pack are two examples of this phenomenon. The potential of this voting mechanism, however, was not fully realized. The community’s input should have been sought out more frequently, in my opinion, to prevent some of the criticism the game has received. Over the previous few years, we’ve had a lot of packs that most people didn’t ask for or want.

    Players of The Sims 5 should be able to have input on the majority of downloadable content. Especially if expansion packs are going to be released as frequently as The Sims 4 has (34). DLC for The Sims 4 like Strangerville has been met with disappointment from players. The emphasis on narrative in this expansion pack was completely misplaced in a life simulation game like The Sims.

    Most of the packs we’ve received probably aren’t supplemental content that players would have voted to purchase. Voting on what should be included in future expansion packs for The Sims 5 could be an option. My preferred pack type is a university, thus I’d like to see it made the default.

    Story Progression

    The ability to advance the plot is deceptively easy yet has far-reaching effects. The town’s prosperity can be attributed to the new story progression mechanism introduced in the third game. As a result, Sims outside of your family could go about their daily activities.

    They might get employment, start a family, change residences, tie the knot, be let go from their work, put on weight, etc. In other words, whenever you ran into someone again, they would have undergone some sort of change. As an added bonus, it kept your village from disappearing altogether.

    Fast forward to The Sims 4, there is no development of the plot. Everyone in your game will perish if you don’t replace them or create new ones through reproduction. Bella Goth is still exactly the same when you see her in the park. She’s been working at the same low-paying job since you last saw her 38 years ago.

    She’s still married to Mortimer, hasn’t changed her appearance (other than maintaining the same weight), and lives in the same house. Poor variety! For a town in The Sims to feel alive and active over a long period of time, a storyline is a must-have feature. Using mods for such an important function is unacceptable.

    In the fourth game, the infants serve mostly as a source of annoyance. They don’t look or act any different from the infants in the original game, which is saying something. How come we’re regressing instead of progressing? The Sims 2’s infants, too, have a more realistic feel.

    At least we could take them with us wherever we went. When playing The Sims 4, you can only visit the baby in their crib. Change their diaper, give them a cuddle, and feed them; that’s the extent of your interaction with them.

    Try to picture yourself being able to take your baby out and around freely. Up to the point at which your in-game kids become toddlers, raising them is tedious. What if infants seemed unique because they each had their own distinct personalities? If you’re playing The Sims 4, it shouldn’t feel quite so unrealistic. The Sims 5 better bring their A-game, right, so that our precious infants don’t feel so lifeless?

    Maysa’s inbox has been full of threatening messages from game fans and Rowling supporters ever since she wrote about her position. But not everyone who has been offended by Rowling’s beliefs can simply ignore her most famous invention.

    “As a fandom, we have been looking forward to this game before it was even announced,” says Asher Chelder, a transgender Potter fan who admits his relationship with the franchise is “complicated”.

    “I found a lot of solace in the series and it’s something I can’t shake. It’s part of who I am.”

    Asher, a member of the MuggleNet social media team, shares his colleagues’ enthusiasm.

    Critics have also praised the game, with Sky News’ gaming correspondent Martin Kimber calling it a beautifully made love letter to a property that millions of people still care about.

    Some people who pre-ordered said they did so to oppose the boycott movement or to show support for Rowling, while others said they pre-ordered out of pure anticipation. Once one of many LGBTQ people who looked up to Rowling, Asher says he is genuinely upset by her current viewpoints.

    Even though she is widely regarded as a champion of women’s rights, the author has come under fire in recent years for her views on trans matters, such as her opposition to single-sex places and her opposition to Scotland’s gender recognition reform bill.     After promoting author-unaffiliated ventures like the reunion special from last year and the Leavesden studio tour attraction, the publisher is now under fire for allegedly trying to disassociate itself from the author.

    As an example of the latter, during a press conference, Sky News was prevented from questioning Tom Felton, who played Potter’s nemesis, about Rowling. Warner later stated that this was wholly inaccurate, praising Rowling as one of the world’s most outstanding storytellers.

    “We are proud to be the studio to bring her vision, characters, and stories to life now – and for decades to come,” a statement said.

    Sky News has repeatedly asked Warner for comment on Hogwarts Legacy, but they have yet to provide any.

    You can’t ignore the computer’s processing power. When utilizing ray tracing, Hogwarts Legacy can rapidly reach its CPU limit on even the newest processors, such as the 10th generation Intel Core and the 3rd generation AMD Ryzen. You should reduce the Effects Quality, View Distance, and Population Quality settings, in particular, if you are using an older CPU or a newer one with fewer than six cores.

    The pool size parameter defaults to half the amount of video RAM on your system. Take the size of your video RAM in gigabytes, divide it in half, then multiply the result by 1024. However, there are many who suggest adopting lesser resolutions, such as 3072 or 2048.

    Potentially, the biggest advantage of these configuration choices is limiting the amount of video RAM available to the texture streaming engine. Although the extra texture pop-in that results from these extreme texture streaming settings is most noticeable upon initial game launch, we believe the resulting smoothness is well worth it.

    We saw significant performance boosts across the board while implementing these two changes, particularly on the GeForce RTX 4080, GeForce RTX 3080, GeForce RTX 3060, and Radeon RX 6800 XT. The Radeon RX 6800 XT, which had trouble running the game at all before the adjustments, now performs admirably. But some users have said that neither of these changes helped them at all.

    You could also try updating your graphics driver to DLSS 2.5.1 and setting your Shader Cache size (in the NVIDIA control panel’s 3D settings) to Unlimited, as well as activating Resizable BAR and the Hardware-Accelerated Graphics Scheduling setting in Windows.     Polyphony Digital has verified this. To date, there has been no word on a PC release date for Gran Turismo 7 from either Polyphony Digital or Sony.

    The game, which is now playable on PS5 and PS4, will receive a free update for PSVR 2 following the debut of the headgear on February 22, 2023. Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi responded to Dengeki Online’s inquiry about a PC release by saying the studio is not currently developing a PC port but will remain open to all feasible ideas.

    It’s still possible that another studio is working on a PC port behind the scenes. Previous PlayStation Studios titles ported to PC by Nixxes Studio, Jetpack Interactive, and Iron Galaxy Studios include the likes of Uncharted: Legacy Collection, God of War, and Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered. Maybe one of these studios, or another one entirely, is working on a PC port of the game right this second.
