Based on early previews and gameplay footage, RedFall has garnered a mixed response; however, players won’t know the game’s quality until after launch. Following the release of Deathloop, RedFall is the newest game from Arkane.
It is a brand-new co-op shooter that immerses the player in a world where vampires rule due to an experiment gone wrong. On Xbox Series consoles, the game was criticized for not having a 60 FPS setting at launch; however, it has been confirmed that this mode would be added in a post-launch update.

RedFall won’t be available until May 2, but based on many leaked videos, it already seems to be in the hands of some YouTubers. The Xbox Series X version, known to run at 30 frames per second, appears to be featured in the initial round of footage.
Sadly, only a few videos exist, and most have been taken down. These videos were probably removed because their producers violated the embargo.
The game’s PC version appears to have been included in another video. This one purportedly used an RTX 3070 and showed a player with about 20 hours of playing time. The YouTuber who posted this review claimed that while the game had a solid story, the gameplay was outmoded.
Before the review was made private, users could provide a summary, including this reviewer’s 6/10 rating. This looks to be the usual procedure for Bethesda products, and the RedFall review embargo has reportedly been set for May 1 at 5:00 PM PST.

Even if the game is good, launch day review embargoes are customary, yet, this has been seen as a warning that RedFall may not receive favorable reviews. On May 2, RedFall will be available for PCs and Xbox Series gaming consoles. It will debut on Xbox and PC Game Pass on the same day.
