Genshin Impact 4.2 Leaks Reveal New Fontaine Creature

A recent leak for Genshin Impact revealed a new creature from Fontaine coming in version 4.2 next month. After the release of version 4.1, leaks about the next update started surfacing. One leak suggests that new bosses will be added, expanding the lineup of enemies.

One big news from these leaks is that Childe’s whale, from his Abyssal dreams, will be part of the weekly boss rotation in version 4.2. Additionally, the update will introduce new elemental enemies like Rifthounds and Abyss Mages to the Spiral Abyss.

Genshin Impact version 4.1 brought a new water-themed region called Fontaine, full of characters, events, and quests. There are also two new bosses, Millennial Pearl Seahorse and Experimental Field Generator.

Millennial Pearl Seahorse hangs out in an underwater cave, summoning Resonant Coral Orbs before launching a big attack. It looks like a giant seahorse with a unicorn vibe. On the other hand, Experimental Field Generator is tough to beat with a random team because its Pneuma-aligned attacks deal specific damage.

According to a recent leak by himo_sino, Genshin Impact version 4.2 is bringing in a new creature in the Fontaine region, packed with Hydro energy. The leak doesn’t reveal whether it’s a friend or foe.

This enigmatic critter rocks a cool chromatic style and sports tentacles, giving off major jellyfish vibes. Plus, there’s a glowing icon above its noggin, suggesting it might be a helpful buddy for tackling quests or puzzles in Fontaine.

In the amazing world of Genshin Impact, you can find all sorts of creatures like Angelic Sea Hares, and Sternshield Crabs, even Grounded Geoshrooms. With the help of your Omni-Ubiquity Net gadget, you can catch some of these creatures, such as loaches, horned lizards, and weasels.

Keep in mind that many of the creatures you come across in the wild might not be friendly, but defeating them can earn you some great rewards. In the next Genshin Impact update (version 4.2), players can expect exciting things like fresh events, weapons, and banners.

Some leaks suggest that new characters, Hydro Archon Furina, and five-star Cryo catalyst user Charlotte might join the game’s character roster.

  • Silent Hill 2 Remake Steam Page Update Suggests New Information Coming Soon

Silent Hill 2 Remake Steam Page Update Suggests New Information Coming Soon

The Silent Hill 2 remake’s Steam page was updated recently, hinting that there might be new information from Konami and Bloober Team soon. The original 2001 release of Silent Hill 2 is considered a standout horror game, and fans have been eagerly anticipating the remake since Konami announced it in 2022. However, updates on the game have been scarce since the initial announcement.

Lots of rumors have been going around in 2023 about the Silent Hill 2 remake, especially about when it’s coming out. People have been asking the voice actors, and checking with stores for pre-orders, and there have been a bunch of different dates floating around.

It’s confusing because the information is all over the place. But there’s a recent change on the game’s Steam page that might mean Konami and Bloober Team will share more news about it soon.

A website called SteamDB, which keeps track of changes to game pages on Steam, noticed a recent update to the Silent Hill 2 remake’s Steam page on October 6, 2023.

In this update, they added a tag for Steam achievements to the game’s categories. This suggests that the game might be getting closer to being finished. Bloober Team had mentioned in March 2023 that the remake was nearing completion, and this recent update supports that claim.

The game’s page was updated about two months back. They switched the copyright info from “Konami Digital Entertainment” to just “KONAMI.” They also put in a tag for Steam achievements. On the Silent Hill 2 Steam page, they took out Portuguese and put in support for Ukrainian and Brazilian languages, as per SteamDB.

Konami is working on a remake of Silent Hill, and they’ve got three other projects related to Silent Hill in the works too – Silent Hill f, Silent Hill Townfall, and Silent Hill: Ascension. These were announced back in 2022 during the Silent Hill Transmission livestream event.

The recent update on Steam coincides with the release date announcement for Silent Hill: Ascension. As we approach the 1-year anniversary of the last Livestream, there’s speculation that Konami might share more news soon. However, it’s essential for fans to wait for official information from the publisher before getting too excited.

  • Honkai: Star Rail 2.0 Leak Reveals Sam as Boss Enemy

Honkai: Star Rail 2.0 Leak Reveals Sam as Boss Enemy

A leak about Honkai: Star Rail revealed details about the debut of Sam, a character fans have been eagerly waiting for. The game is known for its varied characters, each having unique powers and interesting stories that keep players engaged.

In April, Honkai: Star Rail became popular among millions of players globally, thanks to its cool characters, especially the special ones in the banners. In the next Version 1.4, the game will introduce new five-star characters Jingliu and Topaz, and a four-star character named Guinaifen.

These characters stand out with unique abilities and personalities that fans find exciting. Additionally, Version 1.4 will bring back Seele in a banner re-run, marking the first time it happens in Honkai: Star Rail.

We thought Sam would be joining the playable crew with Kafka, Blade, and Silver Wolf, but surprise twist—he’s actually going to be a boss enemy in the next update.

The person who shared the information didn’t give more details about the boss battle, but lots of Honkai: Star Rail fans are really excited about it. One fan thought Sam would be a tough opponent, and another guessed he might be even stronger than Svarog.

However, some fans felt a bit let down because it seems Sam might not be a character you can play, especially since there were rumors about a character named Firefly being his companion. This could mean they would have a similar setup to Clara, who has Svarog fight for her.

Sam is a character in the Honkai: Star Rail story. People talked about him when chatting with the Stellaron Hunters. His identity was a big secret, and some fans thought he might be Sampo in disguise. In August, Honkai: Star Rail showed Sam’s armored look in Kafka’s cinematic, and there’s a black cat believed to be their leader, Elio.

Besides the talk about Sam making an appearance, the person who leaked the information also shared details about the Version 2.0 banner lineup. This lineup includes Hanabi/Sparkle and Black Swan as the five-star characters, and Misha as the four-star character. It’s important to know that these details haven’t been confirmed by HoYoverse yet.

So, fans of Honkai: Star Rail should be cautious and not take them as certain, especially since the game is getting ready to launch Version 1.4 in a few days. But if the leaked information turns out to be true, then Honkai: Star Rail fans can look forward to an exciting few months ahead.

    Rooted Release Date

The Alpha version of Rooted is slated for release on Monday, September 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM CEST, and will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Following the Alpha, a Closed Beta is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023. Furthermore, players can look forward to Early Access on Steam in the spring of 2024, offering a glimpse into the terrifying yet intriguing world of Rooted much before the full game’s release.

    Rooted Price

The price of the game “Rooted” is not publicly available as of now. The game had a Kickstarter campaign where it raised $120,058, which may suggest a level of pricing for early backers or special editions but doesn’t provide a standard retail price.

The developers mentioned in their official FAQS, “It is still too early to give a price for the game. We are focused on development, while also developing our relationships with potential partners who have contacted us. We are currently discussing various topics including pricing with these potential partners. We need to wait until we have more concrete information about partnerships and financing before we can announce an approximate price.”

    Rooted Trailer

    Rooted Premise

Set in a near-future scenario around the year 2100, players will traverse through the remnants of a civilization shattered by global bacteriological warfare.

As one of the few survivors, players must adapt, explore, and craft to improve their living conditions amidst overgrown vegetation and dilapidated buildings, reminiscent of scenes from notable titles like The Last of Us or Days Gone.

However, unlike those titles, Rooted introduces players to a world without the undead, but with AI-controlled survivors, adding a unique twist to the survival narrative.

    Rooted Gameplay

In the chaotic new world, you need to create your own camp to stay alive. It’s crucial to build it by yourself and use hydraulics and electricity. In the forest, you must get water and food, gather plants, create medicine, and set up defenses because you’re not the only one out there.

In this forest, you’ll face challenges from bears, wolves, and unfriendly people, either alone or in groups. You can train animals to be your companions and customize your weapons to protect yourself. You can also boost your safety by using robots and drones, but beware, your enemies may have them too.

Once you’re well-prepared, you can venture into bigger cities to find and use valuable items from the old civilization, like clothes and electronic gadgets. Stay vigilant, though, as other humans may also be after these treasures.

    Is Rooted PVE or PVP?

Rooted is primarily focused on Player versus Environment (PVE) gameplay, which can be enjoyed either solo or cooperatively with friends. In this game, players are engaged in surviving, exploring, salvaging, and building within their environment.

The developers initially concentrated on delivering a robust PVE experience, particularly emphasizing single-player and cooperative modes. However, due to community interest, the developers have also been working towards incorporating Player versus Player (PVP) elements into the game.

Initially, they considered introducing a basic PVP mode by enabling friendly fire. This way, when players create a server, they have the option to turn on friendly fire, thus activating a form of PVP gameplay, albeit not as extensive as some might expect in MMOs with larger player counts.

Moreover, the developers revealed plans to expand PVP features, including adapting the game map to better accommodate PVP modes and the possibility of hosting these modes on dedicated servers.

This indicates a trajectory towards enriching the PVP aspect of the game in response to player demand, although PVE remains the core focus.

Honkai: Star Rail 2.0 Banner Leaks Reveals New Characters

There’s a new leak for Honkai: Star Rail revealed the banner characters we can expect in Version 2.0. Similar to other games by HoYoverse, Honkai: Star Rail uses a gacha system. This means players can pull to get different characters and build up their teams.

Honkai: Star Rail is ready to launch Version 1.4 in a few days. This update will bring new characters like Jingliu and Topaz, both five-star banner characters, along with Guinaifen, a four-star.

Even though the game developers, HoYoverse, haven’t officially confirmed it, there have been leaks hinting at the characters that might appear in the banners for Version 1.6. This has sparked a lot of excitement among Honkai: Star Rail players.

The latest leak for Honkai: Star Rail hints at the potential lineup for Version 2.0. A well-known leaker, hsr_stuff2 via Stepleaker, shared on Twitter that the rumored banner could include five-star characters Hanabi/Sparkle (Quantum, Path of Harmony) and Black Swan (Wind, Path of Nihility), along with four-star Misha (Ice, Path of Destruction).

Although these two five-star characters were mentioned in previous leaks, they were considered unused until now. Black Swan had even appeared in the initial “Myriad Celestia” cinematic. If this leak turns out to be true, Honkai: Star Rail enthusiasts can anticipate exciting additions in the upcoming months.

After the recent leak about Honkai: Star Rail, fans had numerous questions. They wondered if Hanabi’s name would be changed to Sparkle by HoYoverse. There were also queries about the introduction of the new world, Penacony, and whether it would happen in Version 1.6 or 2.0, considering the delay. Additionally, some fans were puzzled about the potential jump from Version 1.6 to 2.0 in the game’s updates.

Keep in mind that the leaked information about Honkai: Star Rail’s upcoming features may not be final, so fans should approach them with caution. In the past, there were instances in both Honkai: Star Rail and Genshin Impact where leaked characters were either abandoned or took a considerable amount of time to officially appear.

For instance, Dracula was initially thought to have joined Honkai: Star Rail, but the information was later erased from online reports. Therefore, the details from these leaks might change before the official release.

There’s also a suggestion that she might have a healing role, as she’s rumored to restore skill points to allies. In addition to Hanabi, version 1.6 of Honkai: Star Rail will feature two more characters from the Genius Society, Ruan Mei and Screwllum.

Honkai: Star Rail is getting an update to version 1.4 soon, bringing in a lot of new content like story missions, gacha banners, and time-limited events. In this update, players will meet two new characters, Topaz and Jingliu, each with their own abilities and personalities.

  • The Last of Us Part 2: Remastered Teased by Naughty Dog Dev

The Last of Us Part 2: Remastered Teased by Naughty Dog Dev

There’s a rumor that The Last of Us 2, the game by Naughty Dog, might be available on the PlayStation 5 soon. It first came out on the PS4 in 2020 and got great phrases, but some parts of the story didn’t sit well with dedicated fans.

Sony and Naughty Dog have released the original Last of Us games many times. They remastered the PS3 game for the PS4, and they made a full remake called The Last of Us Part 1 for the PS5, retelling Ellie and Joel’s story.

Now, it looks like The Last of Us 2 might also be getting a similar treatment, with signs indicating that the game could be remastered for the latest Sony hardware.

Last of Us 2 Remastered PS5 PC leak

Insider Gaming found out that Mark Pajarillo, a key artist at Naughty Dog, talked about a new version of The Last of Us 2 on his LinkedIn profile. Later, he edited his profile to remove any mention of the game.

Unfortunately, there were no extra details about what The Last of Us 2: Remastered might include or when it might come out. We can guess that it will probably be for PS5, and there’s a chance it might also come to PC.

Sony brought The Last of Us to PC with Part 1, releasing the PC version a few months after the PS5 one. They’ve said they want to bring more PlayStation exclusives to PC, so Last of Us 2 coming to PC is a sure thing, just a matter of time.

While some would be happy with the PS4 version on PC, a remaster with better graphics and extras could make it even better for PC players. If there’s a new and improved version of The Last of Us 2 for PC, let’s hope it doesn’t have the same problems as the first one.

The initial release of The Last of Us Part 1 on PC had a bunch of problems that made it less enjoyable for PC players. They fixed some of the issues later on, but it was still a letdown for many PC gamers because the game started off in worse shape than the PS5 version.

We’re not sure if The Last of Us 2: Remastered is happening, but fans can still expect more from the franchise. Even though there are issues with The Last of Us multiplayer, there are rumors about The Last of Us 3 game from Naughty Dog. HBO is getting ready for a second season of The Last of Us TV series. Lots of exciting things might be coming for fans in the future.

There’s a chance General Shepherd and Phillip Graves from the previous game might make a return, adding more twists to the story. In a recent Call of Duty event, Activision shared some extra rewards for PlayStation users.

A new video on the official Call of Duty YouTube channel showed off something cool for people who pre-order the game on PlayStation. It’s called the Lockpick Operator bundle, and only PlayStation users can get it.

This special offer includes a cool character skin, and you also get the blueprints for the Amrican Gothic and Starry Knife weapons. If you play on PlayStation, you get to try out a demo of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Activision wants to make the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign more exciting with something called Open Combat Missions. This means players can choose whether to be sneaky or go all out with their guns in each mission. They can even use vehicles and things around them to help.

Also, two popular features, slide cancel, and the red dot minimap, are making a comeback, and fans are really happy about it. Some people watching the released footage think there might be a mission similar to the intense “No Russian” mission from the 2009 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

In the new Call of Duty game, Modern Warfare 3, they’re changing up the Zombies mode. Instead of playing in rounds, now it’s like a big open world. You and your squad team up to fight off zombies, using both classic and new weapons.

What’s cool is that this mode is happening in the Warzone map called Urzikstan. So, it’s not just surviving rounds anymore, it’s like a whole zombie adventure.

You can’t use the skin in MW2 & Warzone 2 before MW3’s release, but it’ll be there for you when you start playing. That’s how you unlock the Lockpick Operator Skin Pack in MW3 to get the special look as soon as you can.

How to Get Lockpick Operator Skin for MW3

  • Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 9 Patch Notes Brings New Features and Bug Fixes

Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 9 Patch Notes Brings New Features and Bug Fixes

You can now get the ninth update for Baldur’s Gate 3. Larian Studios shared the news on Friday. This comes right after they released the eighth patch, which happened only three days after they made some small changes to the game.

The Belgian studio has been busy improving its newest RPG since Baldur’s Gate 3 was praised on August 3. They’ve released a total of twelve patches, with three big updates that brought changes to balance and even some extra stuff.

Even though the newest update for Baldur’s Gate 3 is just a quick fix, it brings a couple of cool additions. Now, you can change your main character’s name using the Magic Mirror in the game.

This magical mirror, introduced in September, can also tweak the looks of hirelings, those extra helpers you can get from Withers at the camp to sub in for your main crew during fights.

So, there’s a new update for Baldur’s Gate 3 that came out on October 6. They made some changes to how things like traps and items are seen in the game.

The update also fixed 15 different issues, from small bugs to bigger technical problems that could make the game crash. And good news for split-screen players on the PS5—there’s a fix for a problem that sometimes made the screen go black during multiplayer.

The ninth hotfix for Baldur’s Gate 3 will bring the game’s version number to 4.1.1.3767641. If you’re using Steam, the update will be downloaded automatically. The same goes for PS5 users as it’s the default setting.

However, if the PlayStation version doesn’t update on its own, even with an internet connection, players should make sure that the Automatic Updates option in the Saved Data and Game/App Settings menu is turned on.

The Xbox Series X/S version of Baldur’s Gate 3 will have all the updates released by Larian so far when it launches. But, it doesn’t have a release date yet. It got delayed compared to the PS5 version because Larian faced challenges making split-screen multiplayer work smoothly on the Series S.

  • Honkai: Star Rail Reveals New Character Jingliu Details

Honkai: Star Rail Reveals New Character Jingliu Details

Honkai: Star Rail just revealed more details about the new character Jingliu. Fans have been eager ever since they caught wind of her as a cool Ice unit a couple of months back.

In the recent livestream for version 1.4, the game devs confirmed Jingliu joining the next update’s banner. Leaks hinted at her icy powers, dealing damage to nearby enemies. As the release date for version 1.4 gets closer, we’ll soon get more details about Jingliu’s story and how she plays in the game.

In Honkai: Star Rail, Jingliu is a powerful five-star character with an important role in the game’s story. She’s linked to the Destruction Path and can use both single-target and area-of-effect abilities to defeat enemies.

According to leaks, Jingliu is a versatile character with strong damage-dealing abilities, especially with Moon Stacks that boost her damage. These stacks also let her take an extra turn in the Transcendence state. While we don’t know all the details about Jingliu’s moves yet, leaks suggest she’s well-suited for the main damage-dealer role.

Honkai: Star Rail has shared details about Jingliu’s abilities, like her talent, ultimate move, and idle animation.

HoYoverse made a change to her eye color, now brown instead of dark red, and she still wears a black band around her eyes when using her ultimate power. In her idle animation, you can see ice particles coming out of the ground, which looks really cool.

The talent showcases powerful energy before she goes into the Transcendence state. While the exact details weren’t revealed, leaks suggest that Jingliu might sacrifice her teammates’ health to boost her own attack power.

Jingliu, the powerful five-star character in Honkai: Star Rail, jumps high in the air and unleashes a strong attack with her ultimate move. Some players on Reddit were a bit upset because the developers switched her eye color from red to brown. Interestingly, when they first showed Jingliu’s banner in August, her eyes were originally dark red.

In Honkai: Star Rail, there are lots of characters you can use to make your own super team. They’re divided into two groups based on how rare they are, and you can get them from the banner using Warps. It’s kind of like the gacha system in Genshin Impact, where you can get new characters and Light Cones.

  • Genshin Impact 4.2 Leak Reveals Weekly Boss Model and Gameplay

Genshin Impact 4.2 Leak Reveals Weekly Boss Model and Gameplay

Exciting details about the next Genshin Impact update (version 4.2) have been leaked, revealing the appearance and gameplay of the new weekly boss expected to arrive in late November.

Genshin Impact is an adventure game where players face various tough enemies like Ruin Guards, Oceanids, and Armored Crabs, each with unique characteristics. The game categorizes these challenging foes, and weekly bosses, which represent different elements, are in one category.

While not as tough as world bosses, defeating these weekly bosses is still a challenge, especially if you don’t have a well-balanced team. Players can tackle these bosses once a week and earn rewards for their efforts.

In the upcoming Genshin Impact version 4.2, there’s a buzz about a mysterious whale that might become the new weekly boss. This special creature is not just an ordinary part of the game but seems to be linked to Childe and holds a significant role in the storyline.

According to some players on Reddit, it might be the mythical creature from Childe’s Abyssal Dreams. Since the Fontaine region doesn’t have a weekly boss yet, it’s anticipated that version 4.2, expected in late November, will bring this new challenge. Players will have to be patient to discover more about the lore behind this leaked whale boss.

New Genshin Impact leaks from himo_sino and mero show the complete model and gameplay of the version 4.2 boss. It’s a huge creature with a big head bump, four fins like a whale, a small hump on its back, and thorn-like limbs.

This majestic beast jumps out of the water using its tail, headbutts players, and even goes through a portal for its next move. Plus, it can open its mouth super wide, covering the whole screen and acting like a black hole to swallow things.

According to the leak, the whale in Genshin Impact has different stages like other weekly bosses. To win, players need to pay attention. Ptakhur leaked as a new tough enemy, is actually the human-like form of Childe’s whale. Players must beat this mysterious beast using a Greatsword for powerful attacks and teleportation during fights.

Talking about special enemies in Genshin Impact 4.2, there will be new ones in the Spiral Abyss like Rifthounds and Abyss Mages. In the latter part of this version, a tough boss named Sumeru’s Matrix will be waiting on Floor 12, giving players a fresh challenge. Keep an eye out for more details on these new enemies online.
