UFC 5 has just released a new trailer that shows how the game is played. For about 20 years, UFC has become very popular as a sport. People really like watching skilled fighters compete, and it’s not just limited to UFC.
Boxing has been huge for many years, and professional wrestling has millions of fans. Now, UFC is one of the top sports. It only makes sense that game companies would want to make games about it.
THQ made some UFC games in the late 2000s that people liked. But when THQ went out of business, EA took over and started making good MMA games.
After waiting for three years since the last UFC game, UFC 5 is almost here. We got a teaser of the game earlier this month, but now EA is giving us a detailed look.
They’ve released a new gameplay trailer that explains the differences in this year’s game, and it seems like EA has put in a lot of effort to improve the series compared to the last four games.
They’ve introduced new presentation options that let you watch important moments of a fight in a cinematic replay with better graphics and fancy lighting.
The ground combat has been made smoother and less confusing. Moreover, the Frostbite engine has greatly enhanced the level of detail, resulting in more realistic impact and damage to the fighters.
In addition, damage to certain parts of your fighter’s body will affect the way you play. For example, if your eye is injured, your body will have a hard time protecting its sides.
It sounds like a lot of possibilities, but we’ll have to wait and see if EA can deliver, especially considering their recent criticism of other sports games.
UFC 5 Release Date
UFC 5 will come out on October 27, 2023. You can play it on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. EA Sports said they won’t release it for PS4 and Xbox One, and you can’t play with friends on different consoles.
