Guide to Finding the Lost Treasure in God of War: Ragnarok
While searching for a way to finish a favor called “Spirit of Rebellion,” you will stumble upon The Lost Treasure on Dragon Beach in Svartalfheim. The Lost Treasure is activated when you speak to the ghost that needs your help after using the Draupnir Spear to get to a higher level.
Since you’ll need to go to Alberich Hollow to finish this Favour, you can keep on with the Spirit of Rebellion instructions if you prefer. Proceed into the cave to the left of the massive dwarven statue. Take care of the Bergsras and Grims that have come down here to wait for you. Then, to clean up the mess, grab the explosive rock from off to the left of the trail. Into the depths of the cave, you must go.
Down here, several Nokken is giving some Grims a boost with their energy. Toward the center of the route, buried in the midst of some rubble, is one of the Nokkens. In such case, do as you did before and pick up an explosive rock to hurl at the rubble in order to destroy it.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be ready to face the Grims. Just off to the left, if you’re interested, is one of Odin’s Ravens. The path ahead needs to be cleared of debris, so grab another explosive rock and do it.

Challenge Your Boss: Strategies for Winning Against Ormstunga
Despite his unassuming appearance, Ormstunga is a tricky opponent who is constantly on the move. His main method of attack consists of a slashing jump that can be readily avoided. However, if he executes a somersault, you’ll have to duck and roll to safety. You should also avoid walking over the poison he spits on the ground.
Keeping up with him will be the most challenging aspect of this fight due to his speed, so focus intently. If you get stuck in animations, he will dodge out of the path and counterattack, therefore it’s better to strike him hard in short flurries. After you have vanquished him, you will receive a new Enchantment known as the “Emblem of Elusion.” Svefnthorn is included as well.
One of The Lost Lindwyrms, needed for a different Favour, can be found in a Yggdrasil Rift, which can be accessed by climbing up the ledge to the left after the battle. Repeated use nets you a Gale Spark, some Dust of Realms, and Lindwyrm Scales.
Pick up another explosive rock and toss it at the wreckage, right over the ledge opposite where the Yggdrasil Rift. The next step is to move the rock blocking the trail’s terminus. You can find Hacksilver and a Folkvangr Whetstone in the Legendary Chest at the end of the journey. Get down to the shore by descending the metal chain. Towards the left side, near the base, is a Chiselable door concealing a red chest behind it. Hacksilver and Slag Deposits need access.
Launch the boat, and head north to Alberich Island. When you get to the shore, you can get off the boat. Take care to eliminate the dangers that lurk in this area. A Nornir Chest containing an Idunn Apple can be opened before the Berserker Gravestone is interacted with, completing the Fit for a King Favour. Respond to the tombstone when you’re ready.
Beating the Feared Boss: Strategies for Conflict With Beigadr
Once again, it’s time for a Berserker Soul to be sacrificed as part of the Fit for a King Favor. Beigadr the Feared is the villain of the piece now; he is an electrically charged warrior who is a pain in the rear. By teleporting into clouds of green smoke, he can cover a large portion of the arena. The fight requires you to be focused, so press the R3 button.
Time it right, and you can parry an assault in which his fist makes two quick swipes at you. If you hit him when he’s down, he won’t be able to teleport out of the path. Then, after he’s gotten some distance between you, he’ll either shoot electric orbs at you (which can be parried twice) or blast shockwaves through the ground (which you’ll need to roll to avoid). Be wary of the times when he floats in the air and fires off four orbs all at once.
You shouldn’t limit your focus there, though. Occasionally, Beigadr the Feared will also leap into the ground and detonate the floor, necessitating a last-second dodge roll to avoid injury. Also, he’ll create electrical rings on the ground that you’ll have to avoid. Combat is difficult, but you should give it your all and stay on the move, parrying as necessary.
To avoid being stunned, you need to deflect the orbs he hurls and avoid standing in the path of the shockwaves he generates by striking the ground. Asgard’s Might is the name of the Enchantment, along with the other rewards of shattered runes, bonded leather, and tempered remnants. A sword hilt, which you’ll need to proceed with The Lost Treasure, will also fall into your possession.
If you want to talk to the spirit’s son on Alberich Island, you’ll need to toss the Draupnir Spear into the hole spewing air. As you make your way up the hill, some Poundstone will be in your way unless you tell Atreus to fire a Sonic Arrow at it. One of Odin’s ravens awaits you up ahead; kill it if you dare. Get down low, then hurl a spear at the boulder blocking the right-side geyser and set it off. As a result, the lift will rise and you can make a Hookshot across.

This area also contains another Yggdrasil Rift, which contains one of The Lost Lindwyrms. After you’ve captured it, you can reach inside to retrieve additional Hacksilver, Lindwyrm Scales, Dust of Realms, and a Gale Spark. A Treasure Map labeled “Washed Ashore” can be found on the floor to the left of the hook’s target after a short hop across.
To the right of where you start climbing the wall is a rock that can be smashed with the Draupnir Spear. As soon as you’ve finished destroying it, pull the chain to stop the cog from turning. The next step is to use the Draupnir Spear to smash the rock opposite the previous platform, which may be accessed by a Hookshot.
Atreus can fire a Sigil Arrow at the cog if he hooks shots back to the chain and pulls it. Then, use your Leviathan Axe to effectively freeze it. Bring out your ax and freeze the geyser to decrease the Hookshot point and give yourself a chance to go across. Once you’ve boarded the elevator to the upper levels, you can retrieve your axe. Take care of the Wretches up here, and while you’re at it, loot the Hacksilver off the body to your left.

You can reach the Legendary Chest that Atreus mentioned if you jump to the climbing point. Crack it open to get 45,000 Hacksilver, a Whispering Slab, and a Jewel of Yggdrasil! Go back down the abseil to Alberich Island and board your boat. To communicate with the ghost, you must sail all the way back to southern Dragon Beach. It’s possible that once you’re done talking, you’ll finish The Lost Treasure.
