Overwatch 2 Winter Wonderland 2022: Overwatch 2’s annual holiday event, Winter Wonderland, has begun. This year, the event features the return of three winter-themed arcade modes and the introduction of a new set of cosmetics. Overwatch 2 Winter Wonderland 2022
While those modes are likely familiar to seasoned Overwatch players, newcomers will find two Mei-themed 6v6 Elimination and 8-player FFA Deathmatch game modes with snowballs, a 5v1 mode where five Meis take on one meat-snatching Winston and a 4v4 freeze tag mode where players attempt to eliminate opponents by freezing them and keep their teammates alive by thawing them.

Participants in these arcade modes will gain access to the Epic-level Ice Queen Brigitte skin and a set of sprays based on holiday ornaments. To get Brigitte’s new skin from the Winter Wonderland event, you have to do six other challenges, which are:
- Freeze 15 pals in the Freeze-thaw Elimination game to show your warmth.
- To Cure, a Cold, Play Snowball Deathmatch and Catch Six Snowballs
- Horrifying – Playing as a Yeti and winning in Yeti Hunter.
- Ice Block – Stop a snowball in its tracks with Mei’s icy barrier.
- Awakened – Obtain a victory in a Freeze-Thaw Elimination match
- In order to trigger the Snowstorm effect, you must triumph in a round of Snowball Deathmatch.

In the update that went live on Tuesday, there are a ton of new skins that can’t be bought just yet but can be viewed in-game.
