A recent sneak peek from Genshin Impact hints at some new special enemies called “Local Legends.” These tough enemies will soon be found in the Fontaine area when Version 4.1 of the game is released.
The Fontaine region was expanded in the game’s latest update, bringing new characters and places to explore and many different kinds of enemies to fight.
In Fontaine, you’ll have a bunch of new creatures to battle, including two big bosses, some enemies in the open world, and even ones hiding underwater. The “Local Legends” enemies will be part of this new group of foes, and they’re expected to be quite strong.
In Genshin Impact’s Fontaine region, there are special tough enemies called Fontaine’s Local Legends. They are stronger versions of the normal creatures there and have a lot of health and strong attacks. Skilled players of the game can try to defeat these tough enemies.
If they succeed, they earn achievements. Some examples of these enemies are Ninianne of the Lake and the Iron Viscount. The upcoming Version 4.1 update will add even more challenging enemies to Fontaine’s expansion.

Even though there aren’t pictures for most of them, we know some of their names like “Lucola the Brilliant,” “Isolt,” and “Automated Supercomputing Field Generator.”
These enemies will probably be in the Version 4.1 update. The update also tells us that the Seneschal of Frost hinted at before, will be in the game as a strong enemy. There’s also a chance that the “Cherubic Sea Hare” might be a boss you fight underwater.
