The Magnificent, on the other hand, benefits Civilizations that are not also in a Golden Age by adding 15% to Science and Culture and +4 to Combat Strength while not in a Golden Age.

Fascinatingly, Bakuhan has four benefits. Two only apply to the Rise and Fall & Gathering Storm DLCs: Domestic Trade Routes offer +1 Culture, +1 Science, and +2 Gold for each Specialty District at the Destination, whereas International Trade Routes earn -25% Yield and Tourism.
