The images, captured from a production monitor, show the Batmobile — sporting a slightly updated look and a set of snow tires — tearing through wintry conditions. Reeves also reshared Batman comic artwork set against a blizzard, suggesting pre-production is ramping up on the long-awaited sequel.
When a fan asked directly whether this confirmed test footage for the sequel, Reeves replied “Sure is!” He also responded to a fan who wrote they had always dreamed of seeing Batman in snow on screen, confirming simply: “Indeed, it is.”
