Next month, in observance of Star Wars Day, Fortnite will introduce a new series of Star Wars cosmetics. However, when the cooperation does ultimately appear in the game, fans have already started to speculate about who characters might be a part of it. Check out the most recent details on the leak and what players may anticipate.
Since the addition of Marvel characters to Fortnite, Epic Games, and Disney have collaborated. Disney has now made unceasing efforts to integrate its movie and television franchises into Fortnite’s expansive metaverse.
From the Marvel universe to the Star Wars galaxy, players and franchise fans alike have enjoyed taking on the roles of their favorite fictional heroes and villains. However, Lightsabers were introduced to Fortnite as a Mythic weapon for the first time with the release of Episode IX, strengthening the connection between the two properties.
Since then, players have been donning costumes of Star Wars heroes like The Mandalorian, Boba Fett, Luke Skywalker, and many others to win the coveted Victory Royale.
According to the most recent speculations, a second collaboration will add two more skins to the collection and is expected to debut around May Fourth, which is Star Wars Day each year.

Fortnite Leaks Two Cosmetic Skins for Star Wars Day, Fans Respond
Fortnite’s next substantial update may arrive on May 4, 2023, the day when followers of popular culture commemorate Star Wars Day. The leak comes from ‘ShiinaBR,’ which is renowned in the Fortnite community as a trustworthy source of leaks.
v24.30 is not yet on the staging servers, which means it most likely won't be released next week.
Instead, we can expect the update to arrive around May 2, just in time for May 4, which should bring us a new Star Wars collaboration! 👀

Before the start of the current Chapter 4 Season 2, there was a lot of fan conjecture, and Shiina has now revealed in the leak that there may be a new Star Wars collaboration in the update. It’s logical to anticipate that characters from either the upcoming video game Jedi: Survivor or the recently concluded third season of The Mandalorian will soon be accessible as cosmetic items in the game.
The upcoming Star Wars skins seem to have these cosmetics in their set, based on the game files:
Codename "CirrusVine":
Skin, Back Bling, Pickaxe, Glider, Wrap
Codename: "PlotTwist":
Skin, Back Bling, Emote, Glider, Wrap, Pickaxe

However, the same user confirmed in another tweet that two skins with the codenames “PlotTwist” and “CirrusVine” are cosmetic sets featuring a Back Bling, Emote, Glider Wrap, and Pickaxe that will be released in time for the game’s yearly Star Wars event.

The player community has started to speculate on Twitter even though the codenames don’t tell anything. The “PlotTwist” skin, according to the most widely accepted idea, is Emperor Palpatine. However, given that the game already has renowned Star Wars figures like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader, some players would prefer Anakin Skywalker’s skin.

Additionally, it has been suggested by individuals like ‘Alexmax_93’ that the upcoming skins will be based on figures from television shows and video games, such as Bo-Katan from The Mandalorian and Cal Kestis from the Fallen Order series. This notion would seem to be supported by the fact that Bo-Katan was the central character in the most recent season of the Disney+ Star Wars series.
Users will be able to utilize Cal and BD-1 in conjunction with the release of the video game Jedi: Survivor if Epic follows the Gaming Legends model with these skins. Even though these are just theories, the leaks seem to be very accurate, thus all that is left for gamers to do at this time is wait for the Fourth of May.
