Going to Hogwarts feels like a double-edged sword; although it’s great that you get to wear robes and study spells, it’s also frustrating because you can’t always get your hands on the things you desire. The second problem is probably the worst part of Hogwarts Legacy.
The Hogwarts Legacy community has recently been through a lot. In addition to the sequel’s inevitable unplayability for millions of players, fans have also had to cope with the devastating news that the downloadable content will not be available until summer.
This leads us to the reason why the wizarding game’s summer update could fall short of your expectations. Rumor has claimed that a plethora of new content for Hogwarts Legacy will be released this summer, leading many players to believe this with all their hearts.
A more reasonable optimist, meanwhile, is worried that the upgrade won’t provide anything novel.
Someone on the fan subreddit said, “I don’t think the summer update will be as expansive as the [FandomWire] article believes it to be,” before going on to detail what they think will be released.
Among their forecasts was the ‘Haunted Hogsmeade’ downloadable material, which is both new to many and old to PlayStation 5 gamers because it has been available since launch.
It appears naive to assume that the developers have planned anything extra for fans, other than perhaps some additional quests. However, given the game’s success despite its peculiarities, we would be open to being proven incorrect.
Even now, many are baffled as to why the game was not nominated for Game of the Year. There will be nothing except furious rumors to look forward to till summer arrives.
Unless you include the unintentionally revealed facts about the sequel. Beyond that, though, all we can do is keep an eye on the time and hope that Hogwarts doesn’t disappoint.
