Halo Infinite Season 3 Patch Notes Echoes Within Revealed: What You Need to Know

Starting on March 7th and running through March 21st, 2023, you may take advantage of the free 10-tier Mindfall Event Pass, which grants access to new cinematics and cosmetics for the MIRAGE IIC Armor Core.

From May 2nd to May 16th, Sight Unseen, the season’s second narrative-focused event, will play out and wrap up the season’s plot.

Newly Created Maps

Oasis, Cliffhanger, and Chasm are the three new developer-made maps introduced in Season 3.

• A new BTB map called Oasis
• Cliffhanger is an ONI black site Arena map with asymmetrical gameplay.
• Chasm is a map for the Arena mode that takes place deep within the bowels of Zeta Halo.

The New Arena Unlimited playlist provides instant access to all of the recently added arenas. Starting on March 14th, listeners can switch to the New BTB Unlimited playlist, which will last until March 21st. Naturally, these three maps are now included in other playlists as well.

Infernal Disruptor

As players rack up kills in Escalation Slayer, they unlock new weapons and gear load-outs (and can de-level opponents by meleeing them in the back). Your goal should be to obtain a kill with the Oddball as your last loadout, which becomes increasingly difficult as you progress through the elimination process.

There Will Be Two Versions of This Mode Available at Launch in Season 3

Team Escalation – Moves all team members forward through the loadout tree simultaneously. It’s not just one person’s contribution that matters, but the aggregate of the team’s efforts in terms of kills.
Every Spartan for themselves; that’s FFA Escalation.

Updated Armor and Weapons

This is the M392 Bandit

The semi-automatic M392 Bandit rifle is excellent for confrontations at the medium range since it is calibrated to reward accuracy and meticulous precision.

Covering Veil

In the Shroud Screen, an opaque sphere is launched from a handheld launcher. While projectiles can still penetrate the shroud (this isn’t a Bubble or Drop Shield!), players on the outside can’t look in, and vice versa. Also, those who are within the shroud are hidden from the opponents’ motion detectors.

Cores for New Armor

In Season 3, you can get two new Armor Cores, and they are as follows:

MAGIC IRON IC

• These pieces of armor take inspiration from the legendary SPI armor used by earlier Spartan generations.

CHIMERA

• The free CHIMERA Armor Core, which sprang from the ashes of a failed AI revolt, is the central premise of the Fracture: FIREWALL event series, which presents an alternative, potentially hazardous, view of the near future of digital technology.

Reverberations From The Battlefield

Priced at 1000 Credits, the Echoes Within Premium Battle Pass never expires and features:

• There are one hundred tiers of achievement progress.
• Season 3 Match XP Bonuses
• Armor plating made of red steel splinters

Split in the Defensive Barrier

It’s time for more fractures in Season 3! Fracture: FIREWALL will span four weeks throughout Season 3, and it will feature a free Event Pass with 20 cosmetic goodies based on CHIMERA. As with previous occurrences, a Narrative Shard labeled Precipice will accompany each subsequent occurrence on Halo Waypoint.

Craft New Versions

Season 3 brings a slew of improvements to the game’s creation tools from the 343 team.

Maps of Development That Can Be Modified

• Regardless of when they were created, developers’ maps can be modified in Forge.

Toggleable Choices for Outlines of Allies and Foes and Collisions Between Allies and Friends in Custom Games

• There are now four alternatives for outlining allies and enemies, as well as vehicles. There’s also a game mode where players can collide with each other without being hostile.

Updated Gameplay and Mode Objects

• New objects called the Land Grab Capture Zone and Total Control Zone have been introduced to Forge so that players can design their own Land Grab and Total Control games.
• The game now has the Invisible Gravity Lift in addition to the Invisible Kinetic Launcher.
