Ventuas claims that the game will feature cutting-edge water technology similar to NVIDIA Waveworks, which is too costly for most games. As a result, Venturas believes there will be aquatic activities in the game that will highlight this technology.

“The objective is, therefore, to gather roughly twenty engineers in the Rockstar San Diego studio division called ‘RAGE Technologies Group‘ so that they can design a new physics system for water in GTA 6,” claims Venturas. “Modern video games depict water using a mesh framework.
