It will only be a few weeks before we get our first official glimpse at Grand Theft Auto 6, and we are all waiting with bated breath. To add to the anticipation, a Capcom USA employee has posted an email teaser before of the title’s big announcement.
Rockstar Games stated earlier this month that the first Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer would be published in early December. With the news nearly shattering the internet, people quickly began speculating on what long-awaited secrets the teaser would reveal.
After only a few weeks, there have already been pre-order sightings online, as well as leaked gameplay footage demonstrating GTA 6’s insane loading times. While the world waits for the big reveal, it appears that Rockstar is also working behind the scenes to generate anticipation.
According to Insider-Gaming, Nima, a Capcom USA employee, it published an email from Rockstar that teased the “next chapter” of the game.
Nima took to Twitter to publish a portion of the email captioned “unveiling the next chapter,” followed by the first few sentences of the message: “Greetings, after years of anticipation, the time has come to pull back t…”
Unfortunately, once Nima rightly shuts off the rest of the email, that is all we get to see. We can surmise that the line finishes with “pull back the curtain” as a reference to Rockstar’s decision to keep GTA 6 primarily secret for the previous ten years.

“Neither the tweet nor the email revealed anything. “It was just some details and dates that I obviously didn’t post,” Nima continued when one Twitter user suggested Rockstar would “chase you down” for leaking the email. However, this implies that specific dates were specified, maybe including the date of the unveiling trailer.
