Chiori is a potential new playable character in Genshin Impact. She was first mentioned in Kirara’s speech lines, but she first appeared in-game in the Roses and Muskets event in version 4.3.

Furthermore, Chiori is said to be an off-field support unit. However, it appears that the proprietor of Chioriya Boutique prefers to cooperate with Albedo rather than Navia, which is quite intriguing given that he is a sub-DPS unit.
According to the leaker, Chiori’s Elemental Skill is comparable to Gorou’s Elemental Burst, which produces a field that moves around with the on-field unit and gives Geo DMG to foes inside the field regularly.
Chiori’s Elemental Burst appears to benefit the entire party based on the quantity of Geo Constructs and Elemental Shards generated by the Crystallize reaction within her field. This explains why she has a problem with Navia because the latter has to devour all of the shards to boost her damage, whilst the former needs the shards to remain on the field or has to consume them herself.
Another leaker, @White__fx1, confirmed Chiori’s status as a support unit. They also believe that her talents will most likely scale with her DEF, implying that her equipment will be similar to Albedo’s, who is also an off-field Geo Support Sub-DPS unit. Chiori is also said to be a Sword user, and her signature weapon may be used against Mondstadt’s genius alchemist as well.
It is worth noting that the proprietor of Chioriya Boutique is set to be released in Genshin Impact 4.5. It’s also possible that Albedo will get a repeat banner in this patch.
