Sony said that Zombieland: Headshot Fever Reloaded would be part of the PlayStation VR2 launch lineup less than a month before introducing the company’s next virtual reality device. In a reworked version of the original game, optimized for the additional features of the PS VR2, fans of the movie franchise can empty their weapons’ clips on a wide variety of zombies.
Sony’s virtual reality headgear, the PS VR2, has been updated for the PlayStation 5 and offers several improvements over its predecessor. The PlayStation VR2 has a better player tracking thanks to its four on-headset cameras and eye-tracking technology, allowing for a more immersive gaming experience.
Sony’s latest virtual reality headgear, the PS VR2, features OLED displays and 4K resolution, making for significantly improved visuals over its predecessor. Sony has already confirmed several titles that will be available for the PS VR2 when it is released on February 22, 2023, even though the PS VR2 is not compatible with games made for the first PS VR headset.
Zombieland: Headshot Fever Reloaded is the latest addition to the PS VR2 launch lineup. This reworked version of Zombieland: Headshot Fever, initially released in 2021, uses the PS VR2 and PlayStation 5‘s capabilities.

The PS VR2’s haptic feedback and adjustable triggers allow Zombieland: Headshot Fever Reloaded players to feel the impact of every bullet fired and the oncoming swarm of zombies. Compared to the original Zombieland, Headshot Fever Reloaded features an extra story level, three remix levels, new Gun Range challenges, and new weapons and perks.

Lighting, ragdoll physics, the cel-shaded art style, and character models were all updated in the visual overhaul. The PlayStation VR 2 will have a stacked launch roster, and now you can add Zombieland: Headshot Fever Reloaded to the mix.
Beat Saber, Gran Turismo 7, No Man’s Sky, and the highly anticipated Horizon Call of the Mountain, a spin-off inspired by Aloy’s exploits, are just a few of the prominent games that Sony has promised will be playable with the introduction of its virtual reality headgear.

Sony has just applied for a patent allowing augmented reality features to be added to PS VR2 games, which would be played in addition to the existing VR games.
Sony is constantly exploring ways to improve the quality of its VR gear and how it interacts with players, so even if augmented reality features aren’t making their way into VR games, they may eventually. On February 22nd, PlayStation VR2 owners may get their hands on Zombieland: Headshot Fever Reloaded.
