The Sims 4 Players Demand More Depth In The Circle Of Life!

The Sims 4 players believe there should be more content to mark this milestone even if death occurs frequently in the Sims universe. Currently, in The Sims 4, if a player doesn’t turn off aging, a sim will die and their loved ones may weep, but after that, life goes on normally.

Even though The Sims 5 is currently in development, expansions for The Sims 4 have given players a ton of new material. Additionally, The Sims 4 occasionally releases modest free updates that enrich the game with new content.

Players frequently suggest ways to enhance the experience because it is constantly evolving, and one area where improvement is still needed is the game’s death mechanics. The Sims might be made better when it comes to a sim’s death, according to chz p1zza, a Twitter user.

First, provide a lot of types for a funeral facility, which might possibly lead to an intriguing new career path for Sims. Chz p1zza recommended hosting a celebration of life party and hosting social interactions where Sims might talk about their lost loved ones’ recollections.

The game already includes several things, but they don’t offer any user interactions. In The Sims 4, a sim will receive an urn or a gravestone if they pass away, regardless of how ludicrous the cause may be.

But as suggested by chz p1zza, it would be more intriguing if the family could receive the deceased sim’s ashes or attend the funeral.

Another commenter concurred, saying that the period of grieving was excessively protracted and consisted of the sim occasionally crying. After the period of time had passed, the sim resumed acting as if nothing had ever occurred.

Others commented that while this is all well and good, it might be best to make these kinds of improvements optional since doing so could lead to a player becoming overly connected to their sims and never letting them pass away, even if the Sims have had some humorous ways to die in the past.

After creating this wishlist, chz p1zza even tagged Sims 4 producer Dave Miotke at EA in the hopes that some of these suggestions would get momentum.

It’s clear that a lot of players would like to see the Sims develop the concept of death and give it more significance. Players will have to wait and see whether these suggestions are taken into consideration and if they can be included in a smaller “Game Pack” for The Sims 4 or if they must wait until The Sims 5.
