Escape from Tarkov recently got a big update on December 28, 2022, bringing in some exciting changes. One notable addition is the expansion of the Hideout, where players can now break down the Defective Wall and set up a gym to boost their in-game physical strength.
The update also included a wipe, resetting all player progress and levels. This means everyone is starting fresh, working through quests to gain loyalty with traders and improve their stats.
One such quest is “Shaking Up the Teller,” given by trader Pavel Yegorovich Romanenko, also known as Prapor. This quest is a pick-up mission located in Customs, the game’s second area.

How to Complete the Shaking Up the Teller Quest
To complete this quest, go to the Customs dormitory area and grab a valuable item from Room 203. You can also choose to get into Room 214. After that, make it out alive and give the item to Prapor.
To open Room 203, you’ll need its key, which is quite easy to find. It’s a common key that you can discover in Scavs’ pockets and bags, as well as in jackets. You can also find it in dorm room 214.
After getting the key for room 203, go to Customs and find the three-story building. Enter through the main door, turn right after the first stairs, and you’ll see a bed across the hallway.
Jump over the bed, go around the open door, and find a wall with the number 20 (with the three missing). That’s the room you need, and you can open its door with your key.
Once you’re in dorm room 203, check under the bed for a briefcase. Grab it, and then give it to Prapor to complete the Shaking Up the Teller quest. But be careful, make sure you survive and don’t die, or you’ll have to do it again.
