The next Overwatch 2 Season 5 is expected to bring about new events, game types, and perhaps a change in how skins function. While Season 5’s release date was probably June 13, the team officially announced it today.

Blizzard debuted the Tracer skin first in the lead-up to June 13; however, the company also revealed a Season 5 roadmap last month, which clearly indicates what else will be available.
We know that the season’s theme is “Mischief and Magic” and that the developers are debuting a brand-new, one-off event called Questwatch. We also know that “On Fire” and the Summer Games will return. A new 5v5 mini-competitive season and a new cinematic reveal for a hero will be released.
