“Lies of P” is a dark and challenging action role-playing game inspired by Pinocchio. It was created by a Korean company called Round 8 Studio. The game has finished development and is ready to launch on September 19.

The game’s world and combat style is similar to another popular game called Bloodborne. Back in 2021, they announced the game, and it caught people’s attention because it’s a dark version of the ordinarily cheerful Pinocchio story.

The developers, Round 8 Studio and Neowiz Games aren’t very well-known, so some people didn’t think the game would get made. But a year later, at Gamescom 2022, they announced that the game would be available immediately on Xbox’s Game Pass subscription service starting September 19th.

Now, thanks to Game Pass and a cool four-hour demo that anyone can try, more people are paying attention to it. People are looking forward to playing Lies of P in 2023. September is almost here, and Lies of P just posted on Twitter that it’s all set and ready to come out next month.

It is our genuine pleasure to announce that #LiesofP has Gone Gold. Truly, we cannot wait for your arrival in Krat on September 19.

The tweet has a picture of the team that made the game and talks a bit about the game’s world. It sounds like players will get to explore Krat Train Station and maybe deal with the bad guys from the Black Rabbit Brotherhood.

Even though hearing that a highly anticipated game is almost ready can be super exciting, it’s essential to know that it doesn’t guarantee the game won’t get delayed.

In 2020, a popular game called Cyberpunk 2077 said it was ready to go, but it got delayed again and had many problems when it finally came out.  This made a lot of people doubt when games say they’re ready.

But many other big games that came out after Cyberpunk 2077 didn’t have the same issues, so it doesn’t make sense to think the game “Lies of P” will have the same problems at this point.

“Lies of P” is a unique game with superb gameplay, but it’s coming out in a month when many other big plays are also being released. Another big game called “Starfield” is coming out just two weeks before, and a game called “Mortal Kombat 1” that people are excited about is coming out on the same day as “Lies of P.”

There are also other big games like “Baldur’s Gate 3” for PS5, “NBA 2K24,” “The Crew Motorfest” from Ubisoft, and “Payday 3” all coming out in September.

“Lies of P” is the only major game of its kind being released, so it’ll be interesting to see if it gets attention because it’s available on Game Pass right from the start when lots of other new games are also coming out.
