Short answer: No, as currently listed. Phantom Blade Zero is listed as single-player only on Steam. That is a change from 2023, when developer S-GAME said the endgame would include multiplayer dungeons. S-GAME has not publicly explained what happened to that plan. Here is the timeline, as of October 14, 2026.

What the store listing says now
The Steam page for Phantom Blade Zero, published by S-GAME Publishing, carries one player-mode tag: Single-player. It has no Multi-player, Online Co-op or PvP tag. Its other tags cover controller support, adjustable difficulty, subtitles and Steam Cloud. The page lists a price of $59.99 and a date of October 28, 2026.
The 2023 promise of multiplayer dungeons
In a question-and-answer session on its Discord server in May 2023, S-GAME said that after the story, players would find endgame content including various multiplayer dungeons, boss rushes and rogue-like “abysses,” MP1st and PSU reported at the time. The same session put the main story at about 30 to 40 hours.
What changed after that
- January 2025: Reports on Chinese interviews with the developer put the main story at 20 to 30 hours and described four difficulty levels and a mode for re-fighting bosses, MP1st and PSU reported. Those reports did not mention multiplayer.
- 2026: The Steam listing shows the game as single-player only.
- August 13, 2026: A player on the game’s Steam discussion board asked whether the 2023 multiplayer plan had been cancelled, noting that the Steam and PlayStation pages list it as single-player only. The thread had no reply from S-GAME when we checked.
We found no S-GAME statement saying the multiplayer dungeons were cut, delayed or still planned. Until the studio says otherwise, the store listing is the best guide: buy it expecting a single-player game.
Last checked: October 14, 2026. We will update this page if S-GAME addresses multiplayer before or after launch.
