Although HoYoverse has not officially confirmed her release, leaks strongly suggest that she will become a playable character in the upcoming Version 4.2 update. These leaks are also revealing more about the weapon she will wield.

Furina’s weapon will have a base ATK of 542 and a sub-stat that boosts Critical Damage by 88.2%, making it one of the best weapons for boosting Critical Damage.
The weapon also has an effect that increases the user’s Elemental Skill damage when their HP changes and raises their Max HP in Genshin Impact when a teammate’s HP changes. Unfortunately, the leak didn’t provide a name or appearance for Furina’s signature weapon.
Furina’s special weapon appears to match her unique style of play, as hinted by earlier leaks about the Hydro Archon’s abilities. She’s designed with mechanics that revolve around adjusting her HP, taking HP from herself and her teammates to increase her damage.
Furina’s abilities will make her stand out in Genshin Impact, as she’s the first character who can use her allies’ HP. This means healers will be a valuable addition to teams built around Furina. Expect to see Furina debut in the Version 4.2 update on November 8th.
