Genshin Impact 4.1 has brought in some new challenges called Local Legends. If you defeat these special enemies, you can earn three unique Achievements. This idea was first introduced in Version 4.0, where beating certain enemies would reward you with Achievements.
The latest 4.1 update has added more of these challenges in different locations, and this article will tell you all about them. Players in Genshin Impact 4.1 can get 15 free Primogems by defeating the three newest Local Legends.
It’s a quick task, especially if you have strong characters. You can beat these enemies in any order to unlock their Achievements, and there are no specific requirements to access them.
Genshin Impact 4.1 Local Legends: How to Defeat Them
In the latest update of Genshin Impact 4.1, there are three powerful Local Legends waiting to be discovered in the expanded Fontaine map. These formidable enemies are tougher than your usual foes and even give most bosses a run for their money. Check out the photo below for a view of where you can find them.
Automated Supercomputing Field Generator
The toughest enemy in Genshin Impact 4.1 is the Automated Supercomputing Field Generator. It’s found in the northeast part of the new map, just above the Central Laboratory Ruins. This enemy has a strong shield, so it’s best to use Geo or Claymore characters to break through it fast.
Sorry, but it’s tough. The shield comes back fast, so if you had a hard time before, this round will be even harder. When the Supercomputer thing starts making shockwaves on the ground, make your character jump really high to dodge them.
Defeating the big boss in Genshin Impact 4.1, called the Local Legend, earns you the “Automated Supercomputing Field Generator” Achievement.
Luachra the Brilliant
This new big boss, Luachra the Brilliant, is easier to beat than the last one. You can discover him underwater in Genshin Impact 4.1, to the northwest of the Millennial Pearl Seahorse. Just use the Teleport Waypoint south of the boss and swim northwest to get there.
To make the fight easier, grab the power of a Xenochromatic Jellyfish nearby. Press its special move a few times to beat Luachra the Brilliant, especially when it’s about to dash at you. Move sideways while Luachra attacks to dodge. Win the battle, and you’ll earn the “Luachra the Brilliant” Achievement.
Yseut
You can discover Yseut to the west of the Statue of the Seven in the Liffey Region on your journey to Mont Esus East. This special opponent is quite easy to deal with, especially since you can interrupt its attacks. While Yseut can be powerful, you can dodge its moves easily, making the fight not too difficult.
Defeating Luachra the Brilliant in Genshin Impact 4.1 earns you the “Yseut” achievement. Collecting achievements is cool because each one gets you five Primogems for free. So, if you defeat all three Local Legends, you can grab a total of 15 Primogems.
