Next week, members of the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack will be able to play one of the most well-known Game Boy Advance titles. Since the games’ premiere on the service last month, this will be the first new Game Boy Advance title to be made available via Nintendo Switch Online.
Members of the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack will have access to a number of Game Boy Advance titles, the initial wave of which included Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames!, and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap.
A number of Expansion Pack owners were left wondering when new Game Boy Advance titles would be added as Nintendo quickly clarified that there is no clear plan for when new Game Boy Advance games will be released for the Switch.

Earlier today, it was revealed that on March 9, Metroid Fusion will be accessible through Nintendo Switch Online. Many people were not overly surprised by this news because Metroid Fusion was previously mentioned as the first title to be included in the list of Game Boy Advance games that could be played on the Nintendo Switch.
The game’s horror themes, most exhibited by the SA-X opponent that acts as the game’s antagonist, were prominently highlighted in a new trailer that was used to announce the release date. Metroid Fusion has received comparatively few rereleases in comparison to other Game Boy Advance games.
Prior to its price decrease, it was accessible on the Wii U Virtual Console and as one of the 10 Game Boy Advance games offered through the 3DS Ambassador Program, which was open to 3DS buyers.
The SA-X, an unstoppable X mimicking Samus, is on the loose, and it could be just around the corner…

Fans can now anticipate the rerelease of Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, which will be able to benefit from the simplified multiplayer offered by Nintendo Switch Online, as Metroid Fusion has a confirmed release date for Nintendo Switch Online.
Given the recent release of Metroid Prime Remastered, Nintendo timed the release of Metroid Fusion well. The Switch is one step closer to housing the whole Metroid series, excluding spin-offs, with the addition of these two games.
This is encouraging in terms of raising anticipation for Metroid Prime 4, which has not been seen in a Nintendo Direct since 2017. Fans of Metroid will still have plenty to do on the Nintendo Switch until there is more to see of Metroid Prime 4.
