Civilization 6 Leader Pass: Great Commanders, the second DLC pack for Civilization 6’s Leader Pass, is now available and features Tokugawa (Japan), Nader Shah (Persia), and Suleiman the Magnificent (Ottoman Empire).
Bakuhan is a new ability introduced by Tokugawa, whereas the Sword of Persia belongs to Nader Shah, and The Magnificent is a unique ability introduced by Suleiman the Great.
While cities that weren’t established by Nader Shah gain +2 Faith and +3 Gold on Domestic Trade Routes, the Sword of Persia increases Combat Strength by +5 when attacking complete Health Units. In contrast, the Magnificent provides a +15% boost to Science and Culture during a Golden Age and a +4 combat strength bonus against non-Golden Age Civilizations.

Interestingly, Bakuhan provides four benefits. Those two are specific to the Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm downloadable content packs: Domestic Trade Routes increase Culture, Science, and Gold by one for each Specialty District at the Destination, whereas International Trade Routes decrease Yield and Tourism by twenty-five percent. The other is that after researching Flight, communities within 6 tiles of Japan’s capital get +1 Tourism for each District, and their citizens are entirely devoted.
Domestic Trade Routes grant +1 Culture, +1 Science, and +2 Gold for each Specialty District at the Destination, but International Trade Routes penalize players by -25% Yield and Tourism. Cities within 6 tiles of Japan’s capital also gain +4 Amenities, and after researching Flight, gain +1 Tourism for each District.

The Civilization 6: Leader Pass is a new season pass that will be released in six DLC packs between now and March 2023 and includes 18 additional playable leader options to the game.
Developer Firaxis has provided a more in-depth description of the characters included in the Great Negotiations Pack, which contains Abraham Lincoln, Queen Nzinga Mbande, and Sultan Saladin.

Tokugawa of Japan, Nader Shah of Persia, and Suleiman the Magnificent of Turkey can now be played as part of the latest expansion for Civilization 6’s Leader Pass, titled Great Commanders (Ottoman Empire). Tokugawa’s Bakuhan, Nader Shah’s Sword of Persia, and Suleiman the Magnificent’s new ability, The Art of War, are all examples of this.
