Re-entering a cheat will often result in a “cheat deactivated” warning in-game, but in our experience, this frequently leaves the hack active, or at least the accompanying mayhem in full effect. This is another reason why you should save first, so you can reload your save game and return to where you were before using the trick.
• Do not save while the cheat is active. This is an essential one. Saving when a cheat is active, especially in GTA 3, can destroy a save file or ruin a main save game by causing chaos. We strongly advise you not to take the chance and not save after using one.
