Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will get a new map soon. For the past few years, Call of Duty: Warzone has been among the most popular free-to-play games, and Warzone 2 has only raised the stakes.
The predecessor wasn’t built with longevity in mind, so there’s a more extensive landscape, mechanics, and depth thanks to things like automobiles with destructible bits and fuel and a basis for a full live service game.
We received a Resurgence map at the beginning of the year and will receive the following soon. Thanks to several rumors, leaks, and data mines, fans have been waiting for a new Call of Duty: Warzone 2 map for a while now.
However, it will happen a little sooner than some may have anticipated. A new level called Vondel will be added to Call of Duty: Warzone 2 during season 4, which launches later this month, according to CharlieIntel.
We should anticipate learning more shortly. However, it’s unclear if it will debut on the first day of the new season or later. It will begin as a Resurgence map but eventually transition to a Battle Royale and DMZ map.
Al Mazrah, the primary Battle Royale map, will continue to rotate. The developer of Rebirth Island in the last game, Beenox, is working on Vondel, which is purportedly situated in the Netherlands.
By the end of the year, we might have three separate Battle Royale maps in circulation thanks to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s anticipated release of Los Almas, a further Warzone 2 map.
CharlieIntel shares a tweet:
Season 04 begins June 14th and will include the new Warzone map Vondel, which is set in Netherlands and is developed by Beenox, per sources. Map will have Resurgence support to start. More info to come 👀

This should provide gamers with much variation and ensure that Call of Duty: Warzone 2 doesn’t get boring quickly. Uncertainty exists regarding the map choice or whether it will be randomly selected, as it is in multiplayer.

It seems more plausible that they will randomize it, given that they might not want to harm the player pools, but that is just conjecture.
