Assassin’s Creed Red is a video game that’s a bit different from other Assassin’s Creed games. In this game, you can play as two characters: a male Samurai and a female Shinobi.
The male Samurai character is like a tough fighter. He’s based on a real historical figure named Yasuke, who was the first African Samurai in Japan a long time ago.
Yasuke was strong and used his muscles because he couldn’t carry weapons as a missionary. In the game, this Samurai Assassin will be strong and use heavy attacks. We don’t know who the female Shinobi is based on in real life, but she will be very agile and sneaky compared to the Samurai.
One important thing to know is that both characters will be very different from each other. They will have different abilities and use different weapons to make them unique.

As per Vice President Executive Producer Marc-Alexis Cote, Codename Red will happen in old Japan, like when samurai and ninjas were around. In the game, you will experience a “very powerful shinobi fantasy.”. The game will be like the newer Action RPG games.
Assassin’s Creed Codename Red Trailer
So far, we got just one trailer for a game called Assassin’s Creed Codename Red. Unfortunately, the trailer doesn’t tell us much about what’s inside the game, except that it’s set in Japan, which is something fans were looking forward to.
In the video, we see the main character on top of a building. They have a hidden blade, and suddenly, a big cloud of black smoke appears, and the video ends. The game is called “Assassin’s Creed Codename Red,” but we don’t know when it will come out or what game consoles it will be available on.
The people in the community tried really hard to understand the trailer and find clues about where and who the story is about. But the trailer was very short and didn’t have much information, so we shouldn’t believe everything we think we know.
Some things they wondered about were the buildings in the background. They noticed that the buildings had stones at the bottom, which was common in Japan during the 16th-century Sengoku period. They also noticed the main character had things like a grappling hook and kunai blades with them.

Earlier this year, Insider Gaming found out some major features of the new Assassin’s Creed Red game. It will borrow some ideas from the Splinter Cell games.
For example, in Assassin’s Creed Red, you can hide in shadows and put out torches to stay hidden, kind of like how you can shoot out lights in Splinter Cell. You can also pick up and move enemy bodies to hide them.
Another cool feature in Assassin’s Creed Red is that you can break things in the game like you would in real life. For example, you can slash and break open screen doors. It’s not as extreme as the destruction you see in Battlefield games, but it adds an extra element of fun to Assassin’s Creed Red that players will like.
