Bloodgrounds Rated for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2 in Taiwan Before Any Console Announcement

Bloodgrounds, the gladiator strategy game from Croatian studio Exordium Games and publisher Daedalic Entertainment, has been rated for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 in Taiwan. The game is only on PC and Mac today, and Daedalic has not announced console versions.

Game Empress found the three entries on November 8, 2026, in the public database of Taiwan’s Game Software Rating System, which Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs oversees. We could not find any report of them as of that date.

What the rating listing shows

Searching the database for the game’s Chinese title, 角鬥士血域, returns three entries under the name Daedalic Entertainment GmbH. Bloodgrounds uses that same Chinese title on its Traditional Chinese Steam page, “角鬥士血域 – Bloodgrounds,” so the listing matches the game.

The listings give no release date or price. They only show that the console versions have been rated and are not on sale yet. The database also has no separate page for each unreleased game, so readers can check the entries by searching for 角鬥士血域.

What Bloodgrounds is

Bloodgrounds mixes turn-based tactical combat with management, RPG and roguelite elements. Players are a former arena fighter who has become a wealthy patron, recruiting and training a team of gladiators.

It entered Early Access on Steam on November 5, 2025, Daedalic said at the time, and the full 1.0 version came out on March 12, 2026. Its Steam page lists Windows and macOS and a $19.99 price, and 76% of its 578 user reviews were positive when we checked on November 8.

Daedalic’s Early Access announcement mentioned only Steam and Steam Deck. We found no announcement of PS5, Xbox or Switch 2 versions from Daedalic or Exordium Games before publishing this story.

What we still don’t know

An age rating shows that a publisher has submitted a game for those platforms. It does not say when the versions will launch or confirm that they will come to every region. Daedalic has not said when, or whether, it will announce the console versions, and it has not given prices for them.

For console players who have been watching the PC version, the Taiwan listing is the first public sign we could find that the game is headed their way. We will update this story if Daedalic shares dates or prices.
