A new GTA 6 gameplay leak shows Jason getting into trouble for something surprisingly simple: staring at the wrong NPC for too long. In the leaked footage, Jason walks around a nighttime nudist area while using binoculars to look at people nearby. Most of the NPCs carry on with what they are doing, but one woman eventually notices him watching her and decides to confront him.
The woman calls Jason out, walks straight toward him and attacks him. The short scene stands out because the fight does not begin with Jason pointing a weapon, throwing a punch or crashing into someone. Instead, the NPC appears to react simply because she realizes Jason has been staring at her.
Jason Stares at an NPC Through Binoculars
The footage takes place in an area CyberLeek has been calling “Nudist Town.” Jason moves around the location at night while NPCs drink, dance, talk and spend time around a pool and hot tub.
At one point, Jason starts using binoculars to look at different people from a distance. Some of the NPCs appear to notice his attention and make comments, but one woman reacts much more strongly after Jason continues watching her.
NotebookCheck reports that the woman notices Jason staring at her, speaks to him and then approaches him. Jason has not attacked her before this happens, making the reaction itself the most interesting part of the scene.
The Woman Walks Over and Attacks Jason
The confrontation does not stay verbal for long. The woman walks over to Jason and hits him, starting a fight beside the swimming pool. Jason fights back and eventually knocks her into the water.
RockstarINTEL describes the same sequence, noting that Jason’s staring gets the woman’s attention before she approaches and attacks him. The situation becomes much more violent later when Jason pulls out a gun, causing nearby NPCs to run from the area.
The Reaction Starts Before Jason Becomes Violent
What makes the clip interesting is that the NPC appears to react before Jason does anything openly violent. GTA pedestrians have always reacted when players punch them, point weapons at them or cause chaos nearby, but this scene begins with Jason simply watching someone through binoculars.

It is still unclear what exactly triggers the woman’s response. The reaction could be tied to the binoculars, how long Jason keeps looking at her, or a special interaction made for this location. The leaked footage does not provide enough information to say which explanation is correct.
What the clip does show is straightforward: the woman notices Jason watching her, approaches him on her own and starts the confrontation.
GTA 6 Leaks Have Shown Other NPC Reactions
This is not the first leaked GTA 6 footage to show NPCs reacting before immediately becoming violent. In an earlier GTA 6 Taser gameplay leak, security guards appeared to give Jason an opportunity to surrender rather than opening fire straight away.
The first CyberLeek GTA 6 gameplay footage also showed interactions between Jason, pedestrians and police. The latest scene is different because the trouble appears to start over something far smaller: Jason looking at someone for too long.
It Is Still Leaked Development Footage
Rockstar Games has not publicly explained this NPC interaction or confirmed exactly how it works. The footage also appears to come from an unofficial development build, which means the behaviour shown here could change before the final game is released.
It would therefore be too early to claim that every GTA 6 NPC will react when players stare at them through binoculars. For now, the leaked clip shows one clear sequence: Jason watches a woman for too long, she notices him, walks over and attacks him.
For Jason, it turns a quiet moment with a pair of binoculars into a fight in a matter of seconds.
