If you can’t wait to get your hands on Unicorn Overlord, there’s some good news for you: a demo was unveiled today during Nintendo Direct!
Unicorn Overlord is set to be released in just a few weeks, but having so little time to wait makes it much more difficult. Fortunately, developer Vanillaware revealed today that you will be able to test out its newest RPG in a fresh new demo.
The demo is now available on Nintendo Switch and takes place at the start of the game. It’s a great opportunity to get a head start on the game before its March 4 release date.

If you haven’t heard of Unicorn Overlord, it’s the latest release from Vanillaware, the producer of Odin Sphere and 13 Sentinels, and it offers a strategy game similar to Fire Emblem.
It combines beautiful pixel imagery with painstakingly detailed 2D illustrations, and you play as the exiled prince Alain, who gathers an army to recover his kingdom.
Unicorn Overlord Release Date
Unicorn Overlord, a tactical role-playing game (RPG), will be launched on March 8, 2024. It will be available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
In Unicorn Overlord, players accompany Elaine, a young prince, on a quest to liberate five nations from the Empire’s Dominion. Players may personalize their troops, devise plans, and launch their armies against opposing forces. During combat, players may acquire new friends or make difficult decisions.
Unicorn Overlord is a single-player game with TV, tabletop, and handheld modes. It is published by Atlus and created by Vanillaware.
