In a big surprise, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is coming to PC. It’s been more than eight years since the game first came out. Originally, it was only available on phones and tablets. Now, it’s finally coming to computers.
Star Wars video games have been doing well lately. “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor,” released in 2023, was a hit with both critics and players. And there’s excitement building for “Star Wars Outlaws,” set to come out this year.
Plus, there’s good news about the remake of “Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic” after a quiet period.

In an email interview with Game Informer, it was announced that Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is making the jump to PC. This new version will look even better, with smoother graphics and sharper images.
The layout will be adjusted for PC screens. And the best part? Players won’t lose their progress. They can keep going right where they left off.
If you’ve been playing on mobile, you can try out the PC version early by signing up for beta access. The beta starts in May and will open up to more players later on. It’s a cool chance to see how the game plays on a different platform.
Since it launched in 2015, the folks behind the game have been adding new stuff regularly. With all the new Star Wars movies, TV shows, and games that have come out, they’ve had a lot to work with.
They’ve brought in characters from the sequels, “The Mandalorian,” and “The Bad Batch.” There are still some characters missing, but overall, the game has a great lineup.
Hopefully, this PC release means we’ll see more of Galaxy of Heroes in the future. There are more Star Wars projects on the way, and it’d be awesome to see those characters join the game. With new content always coming, it’s fun to imagine what the best teams might look like with characters from upcoming projects.
