The long-awaited Pokemon Scarlet and Violet update for Pokemon Home will come on Friday, May 19, according to the most recent leaks and rumors, but fans should take this information with a grain of salt.
For those who are unfamiliar, Pokemon Home is an app that enables players to save their acquired Pokemon on the cloud for storage and maybe transfer them to other games that support Pokemon Home.
Since the release of the new games five months ago, Pokemon fans have been eagerly waiting for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet to have Pokemon Home support. Unfortunately, as of this writing, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet compatibility has still not been added to the Pokemon Home app.
Riddler Khu, a well-known and trustworthy Pokemon series leaker, caused a fan frenzy on May 3 when they merely tweeted “19,” causing many to believe that the Pokemon Home update will be released on May 19 on Friday.
Recently, an image that appears to confirm the May 19 release date has surfaced online, however, some people think it’s a fake. Fans should hold off on becoming overly excited until an official announcement is made, even though many appear to believe that Pokemon Home’s Scarlet and Violet update will arrive on May 19 based on this data.
Pokemon Bank, Pokemon GO, Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl, Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and Pokemon Sword and Shield are all currently supported by Pokemon Home.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be the first main series of Pokemon games to support Pokemon Home, so it’s understandable that fans are eager to see it implemented.

It’s obvious that a lot of Pokemon fans are getting impatient with Scarlet and Violet’s lack of Home support, so it will be fascinating to watch whether subsequent Pokemon games include Home support more quickly.
However, since the Generation 10 Pokemon games haven’t been announced, fans might have to wait years to find out the solution. Pokemon fans still have some fresh stuff to look forward to later this year even if the Generation 10 Pokemon games have not yet been revealed.
