Gameplay
Gameplay in Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway expands on that of prior editions in the series. During a race, players may use things strewn around the course to slow down their rivals or gain an advantage via aerial stunts and drifting. At certain times in the race, automobiles will convert into watercraft as a nod to the original Nickelodeon Kart Racers.
In a nod to Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix, the “pit crew” concept is back, letting players attach unique characters with active and passive skills before each race. After driving through enough slime on the course, the player may activate these skills. As many as 90 playable crew members may be unlocked in Slime Speedway.
