Can you believe it? Almost seven years have passed since Killing Floor 2 came out. It changed how you play with the scary Zeds created by Horzine Biotech. The first game was for six players to play together, but the second was better for one player.

We don’t know if we caused it, but we got a first look at the game during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2023, and it’s being made. We have some information about when it might be released and what the game will be like.
Killing Floor 3 Release Date
Killing Floor 3 is expected to come out around the end of 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. It’s very unlikely that the game will be released in the next year because the video showing the game is mostly made in advance. Only a small part of it might be actual gameplay.
Killing Floor 3 Trailer
The first trailer for Killing Floor 3 shows a big human-like creature tied to a table. This creature was made just to be dangerous. They open its chest using a big spinning saw and put a glowing thing inside.
The scene shows many scary enemies called Fleshpounds when the change is done. They’re really tough in the Killing Floor games. In Killing Floor 3, you’ll see many familiar Zed creatures like the Husk.
There’s also a stronger version of the King Fleshpound, which acts as a tougher boss and can be spotted at the end of the trailer.
If you like scary games, you might want to know when “Lords of the Fallen” and “Outlast Trials” will be released for the PS5.
Killing Floor 3 Gameplay
Based on what we’ve learned, how you play Killing Floor 3 seems similar to the first two games. The trailer’s description on Tripwire Interactive’s YouTube says you’ll team up with up to five friends to fight against groups of Zeds.
You’ll earn money, learn new abilities, and create a substantial weapons collection. The game happens in the future, in the year 2091. You are part of a rebel group called Nightfall.
Your goal is to stop the dangerous Horzine company. Horzine has created a big army of Zeds over the past 70 years since Killing Floor 2. As a member of Nightfall, you have to fight against them and try to defeat them.
