Kick recently added a Report Button to all streams, a feature the community has wanted for a while. This might help Kick compete with Twitch, as many people have criticized Twitch for not having enough moderation.
Last year, The streaming platform Kick was started and became Twitch’s biggest competitor fast. Many people started watching it in the first few months, and famous streamers like Adin Ross, xQc, and Amouranth joined. Even though Twitch still has the most viewers, Kick is working on new ideas to make its services better.
Kick support has added a new feature called the Report Button. This button helps users report streams that break the rules set by Kick. Moderators will then take action to address the reports.

Using the button is easy—click it, and it’s placed below the Subscribe button and left of the viewership numbers. After clicking, users can choose from ten options to report the video for things like hate speech, bullying, n*dity, terrorism, and child endangerment.
Kick warned against misusing the button and may penalize users who spam reports. They also promised more advanced features soon to serve the community better.
Kick has faced a lot of talk and disagreement since it started. This update is a good move to make things better. Even though Kick grew fast, people didn’t like that they included controversial influencers, promoted gambling in their streams, and didn’t handle things well. So, this update might be a way to start fixing those issues.
Kick is always working on making things better for users. Recently, they added two big features: you can now replay chats on videos and clips, and there’s a button to download clips.
These changes make the platform easier to use. Kick started with fewer features than Twitch, which has been around since 2011, so they’re catching up by adding more helpful features.
