Honkai: Star Rail is about to receive its next important update. Version 2.0 will transport us to Penacony, a wonderful art deco-themed area focused on a particular hotel. The update includes new characters and a variety of new activities.
Notably, while new patches are typically released on Tuesday nights/Wednesday mornings (depending on where you reside), version 2.0 debuted on Monday night/Tuesday morning, which is unusual.

Is Honkai: Star Rail 2.0 Out?
For Honkai’s first significant update, Star Rail. HoYoverse is departing from its typical Wednesday update schedule. Instead, version 2.0 will be released on Tuesday, February 6. Depending on your time zone, you may be able to play the game on Monday evening.
Before the 2.0 release, Honkai: Star Rail will be unavailable for a lengthy maintenance period beginning at 5 p.m. EST on Monday, February 5.
Version 2.0 HoYoLAB Tools Update
The HoYoLAB check-in event is back. Check-in for 7 days from February 5 to February 19 to additionally obtain 60 Stellar Jades!

While not exact, gamers should expect maintenance to run about five hours, which means that version 2.0 will be available at about 10 p.m. Monday. The following are the expected release times in other timezones:
- U.S. West Coast: February 5 at 7 p.m. PST
- UK: February 6 at 3 a.m. GMT
- Europe: February 6 at 4 a.m. CET
- Japan: February 6 at noon JST
- Australia: February 6 at 2 p.m. AEDT
