Honkai Star Rail 1.4 Leaks: New Characters Jingliu, Topaz, and Xueyi

Honkai Star Rail gets updates every once in a while to add new things to the game. These updates are essential, including new stuff like events and characters you can play as.

The characters can be perfect (5-star) or still good (4-star), and they come out in two different stages while the update is available. We’ve found out some new stuff about version 1.4 online.

Honkai Star Rail 1.4: New Characters Jingliu, Topaz, and Xueyi Leaked

The information from a tweet by @hsr_stuff2 (Inimahsr2) gives us details about three new characters in the game Honkai Star Rail. These characters are Jingliu, Topaz, and Xueyi. They will be added to the game in version 1.4, as revealed by a group that leaks information, called Team_China.

Here’s how the banner releases will happen:

1. Topaz Banner: Expected to come out around October 2023.

2. Jingliu Banner: Expected to come out around November 2023.

3. Xueyi Banner: Also expected around November 2023, but the exact timing isn’t unknown.

Here are more details about each unit:

1. Topaz:

Topaz is a top-tier character, like a 5-star champion. She’s like a fire superhero specializing in the Path of The Hunt. You might have seen her before in the Light Cone, during an event called “Trend of the Universal Market.”

2. Jingliu:

Jingliu is another top-tier character, also a 5-star champion. She’s like an ice superhero and she’s good at something called the Path of Destruction. You might remember her from an event called “Frosty Blade’s Trial,” where she teamed up with Yangqing.

3. Xueyi:

Xueyi is a strong character, like a 4-star champion. She’s about the Path of Destruction and has this particular Quantum element. If you played through an Xianzhou Luofu event in Honkai Star Rail 1.2, you might have met her there. The event featured characters like Dan Heng, Luocha, and Sushang.
