The second season of Fortnite Chapter 5 is looking like it will be great. Players are already excited about the touches that are based on Greek myths. Now, well-known sources say that Kratos from the original God of War trilogy could play a role in the season.
There are events in Fortnite that bring people together and help them reach a shared goal almost every time. For the last boss of Chapter 5 Season 1, the game created a huge Titan Hand near Ruined Reels that had a big chest in its arm.
The POI gives players a sneak peek at Season 2, and they had to keep firing guns at the chains that were wrapped around the building. The group did what they were told and fired an absurd number of shots, which opened Pandora’s Box.
The box caused trouble on the Island in the form of tornadoes and rain, just like the mythical version of it. It was also revealed that Greek myths will be used a lot in Chapter 5 Season 2. This led to more theories about what would happen in the next season, including claims that Kratos from God of War would be involved.
Popular people who know a lot about Fortnite, like HYPEX and ShiinaBR on X, both shared some information about the likely teamwork. They said that “Young Kratos” from “God of War (2005)” had been talked about in a recent Epic Games poll.
In a new survey, Epic Games mentioned “(2005) God of War” 👀
These surveys often include upcoming collabs, so if Epic plans to add Young Kratos to Fortnite, there really is no better time than to add him in a Greek Mythology season 🔥

A lot of the time, these polls give us strong hints about future relationships, collaborations, and even Battle Pass skins. Based on Season 2’s Greek mythology roots and the mention of “Young Kratos,” it’s clear how the story started.
There was a much more angry version of Kratos who was determined to kill all the Greek gods. The reference to “(2005) God of War” is especially interesting! It’s also worth mentioning that the character from 2018’s God of War has already shown up in Fortnite in a younger, more adult form.
If these reports are true, “Young Kratos” might be coming to the game soon. At the time, though, none of this is certain.
