May 28, 2024, is the official release date for Formula One 24 according to EA Sports. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Several Formula One racing simulation games have come before F1, 24. In his review of F1 23, our hardware editor gushed over the “compelling Braking Point campaign” and the “feature-rich package that’s sure to please most fans.” He also mentioned that F1 World mode was a winner.

The F1 24 launch video showcased enhanced graphics and exciting racing, with the tagline “Get closer to the action, get closer to the grid.”

In addition, it specifies that the 2024 season liveries for Haas, McLaren, Williams Racing, and Alpine, as well as the Esports liveries for McLaren and Alpine, will be available to gamers who pre-order the Champions Edition before April 24, 2024.

According to an official blog post by Lee Mather, senior creative director at Codemasters, “For the first time, our F1 23 players can now connect immediately with the 2024 season with some of their favorite teams and drivers ahead of this weekend’s first Lights Out.”

Players who have previously acquired F1, 21, F1, 22, or F1 23 may take advantage of a new loyalty offer reward: a 15% discount when they pre-order the F1 24 Champions Edition.

Two new Formula One icons, 18,000 PitCoin, and the F1 World Bumper Pack with resources for both single- and multiplayer events are all part of the digital-exclusive Champions Edition. A VIP Podium Pass and three days of early access are also included in the package.

“And we’re bringing players an overhauled Career mode, a new EA Sports Dynamic Handling System, and so much more,” Mather explained in the blog post, adding that the complete reveal for F1 24 is expected for April.
