The official announcement from EA Sports is that F1 24 will be released on May 31.
The release date and a few specifics regarding F1 24 were announced together with the full announcement of the game in April.
According to EA, the career mode will be “overhauled” in this year’s game. Also, drivers will have access to a whole new “dynamic handling system” in this game.
The next Formula One 24 will be playable on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. You may save 15% on the F1 24 Champions Edition pre-order if you possess F1, 21, F1, 22, or F1 23.
F1 24 Release Date
Formula One 24 will launch on key platforms on May 31st, just one week after the Monaco Grand Prix, according to Codemasters’ first announcement.

Publisher EA Sports claims the game has an “overhauled” career mode, but other than that not much is known about the game. Along with two more new ‘icons’ drivers for career mode and the resumption of the Podium Pass unlock-ables program, pre-order incentives for the upcoming game hint at the return of the F1 World mode from 2023.
In F1 23’s time trial mode, players who pre-order the game before its release will have access to 2024 liveries for the McLaren, Alpine, Williams, and Haas cars.
You may save 15% on the Champions Edition of F1 24 when you pre-order it and play it three days before its official release if you possess any of the previous three official Formula 1 driving games.
“Our F1 23 players can now connect with the 2024 season with some of their favorite teams ahead of this weekend’s first lights out,” said Lee Mather, senior creative director at Codemasters.
“A lot is in store for players, including a revamped career mode, a new EA Sports Dynamic Handling System, and more, which we will reveal in full soon.”
Starting in April 2008, Codemasters held the only license to develop the official Formula 1 video game series. Every season since 2010 has seen the studio release a new game for PC and current-gen platforms. Nominations for Best Sports or Racing Game have been extended to all five of the most recent entries in the series at The Game Awards.
For PC, you can get Formula 1 24 through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the EA App. It will also be available for PlayStation 5, 4, Xbox Series S, X, and One.
