To finish this random event, you must kill all of the mercenaries—doing so will count towards completing the Interceptor objective. Make careful to loot the Mercenary Caches on the back of each truck and look around the bodies for your Mercenary Stronghold Keycard—this is a little blue, glowing square, just like keycards in DMZ. Taking down these convoys is the most effective approach to obtain these keycards.
