Clearing mines has never been so fast. It’s about time to swap in the pickaxe for a powerful machine rifle. Fortunately, heavy ammunition makes any dwarf smile. Today, 8BitSkull is pleased to announce that Bore Blasters, their roguelike mining game, will be available on PC via Steam on March 8.
Inviting players to a 2D expedition into the heart of the world, players board a Dwarven gyrocopter and start mining. Only this time, the mining is done with a gun. Of course, a new trailer gives players a closer look at the game.
Bore Blasters PS5 Release Date
Developer 8BitSkull has set a March 8th release date and released a demo for its upcoming action-mining roguelike, Bore Blasters, as part of Steam Next Fest, which runs from February 5th to February 12th.
Bore Blasters will be available for Windows PC, Linux, MacOS, and Steam Deck, but you may play the demo right immediately and wishlist it if you like it. Check the release date trailer.
Bore Blasters offers you control of an advanced dwarven gyrocopter equipped with a powerful machine gun drill capable of easily breaking through the stone.
As you blast your way into the depths, you will find rare jewels and ores, as well as strong new upgrades that will let you cut through the soil faster and fight off swarms of foes as you explore the mysteries deep beneath.
Bore Blasters’ basic gameplay revolves around rapid and gratifying action, with your machine gun blasting through stones of varied hardness. Discover temporary upgrades hidden deep below the rock that will allow you to mine faster, and use your riches to purchase permanent upgrades to strengthen your gyrocopter.
Explore a variety of procedurally created biomes, with each run presenting unique obstacles.
The variety of levels, monsters, and upgrades provides limitless entertainment. Runs can be as short or long as you choose, as long as you have enough fuel and health bars. Exploring the overworld grants you access to more difficult mineshafts that lead to deeper and more perilous mysteries.
