Ubisoft is developing a new game set in the universe of James Cameron’s Avatar films called Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. There is still a lot we don’t know about this highly-anticipated game, but we do know that it will have its own story apart from the films.
The game’s pre-order incentives were leaked last week, and now the same leaker has uploaded a few pictures online. Ubisoft has already discussed a first-person perspective for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and the leaker ScriptLeaksR6’s Tweets (also collated on a recent Reddit post) appear to confirm this.
In January, the developer said that playing from the first-person perspective gave gamers a more realistic experience. There’s a good chance we’ll be able to accomplish something like the second image, which depicts Navi soaring through the air on a beast.

We usually advise skepticism, but this leaker is notorious for their Rainbow Six Siege data mines and leaks. They also published photos from Assassin’s Creed Mirage before announcing the game. Even though Ubisoft hasn’t shown much of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, these screenshots look legit.
We’ll watch developments, as ScriptLeaksR6 claims they also have gameplay that they intend to disclose. At Ubisoft’s June E3 presentation, players may get their first look at the finished product. The leak of the pre-order bonus indicates that the firm may already have a release date in mind, and this date is rumored to be late 2023.
