Genshin Impact Furina Leaks: Release Date, Weapon, Character Design, and More

The official teaser for Genshin Impact’s Fontaine introduced a new character, Furina, a powerful water god. This was the first time players saw what Furina looked like and heard her voice.

In the game, other characters have special abilities that help the player’s team, and Furina is expected to have unique skills. Genshin Impact players are eagerly waiting for Furina to be released in the game, and they are saving a lot of Primogems (a type of in-game currency) to get her and her special weapons.

They might be curious about when she will be available and other details about her. Luckily, there are leaks in the community that provide some answers. Here is all the information players need to know.

Genshin Impact Furina Leaks: Weapon, Character Design, and More

The Genshin Impact 3.8 update will be the last update for the Sumeru region. Players are getting ready for the Fontaine region and its new characters. One of the most wanted characters is Furina, who controls water. Players recently saw her final designs and learned about her personality in a video called “Overture Teaser: The Final Feast.”

Reddit user, Mo_Official420 shares Furina’s weapon in a recent post:

Many trustworthy sources, like Hutaolover and Mero, have leaked information about Furina. She is expected to be a compelling water character and will likely be a 5-star character.

It’s rumored that she will use swords as her weapons, and her special sword is called Moonlight, a short gun in the Fontaine region. In simpler terms, her appearance shows a teenage girl with shades of blue, black, and white. Even her hair follows the same color scheme.

Another person who shares information before it’s official, Videre, has discovered details about Furina’s personality. According to their leaks from a Reddit community called r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks, the powerful water deity has different characters.

The person who leaked this used an example from a popular show called Demon Slayer, comparing Furina’s personality to a character named Upper-Rank Demon – Hantengu.

    Furina Release Date Speculation

The people in charge of HoYoverse and those who share information without permission haven’t said anything about when Furina will be released in the game. Here’s a quick summary of the past releases of other powerful characters called Archons:

    • The first Archon, called Anemo Archon or Venti, was released in version 1.0 of the game.
    • The second Archon, Geo Archon or Zhongli, was released in version 1.2.
    • The third Archon, Electro Archon or Ei, was released in version 2.1.
    • The fourth Archon, Sumeru Archon or Nahida, was released in version 3.2.

As you can see, the officials don’t follow a clear pattern or rule when releasing these Archons. Recently, leaks from HutaoLover77 have suggested that the Hydro Archon might be released in the Genshin Impact 4.2 update.

These speculations are based on the progress of the Archon Quest in the game. It’s important to remember that this information should be taken with caution. These leaks are early, and everything could still change. It’s best to follow official sources and trusted leakers for future announcements.

  • Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2 Introduces New Bosses – Don’t Miss Out!

Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2 Introduces New Bosses – Don’t Miss Out!

Honkai: Star Rail has added new bosses for Version 1.2. These bosses were shown in a special livestream called “Even Immortality Ends,” where they revealed what’s coming in the next update.

Version 1.2 of Honkai: Star Rail has been eagerly awaited for several reasons, including introducing the five-star characters Kafka and Blade.

The update will also continue the game’s main story, possibly reaching the end of the adventure at Xianzhou Luofu, and provide more background information about certain characters, like Dan Heng’s connection to Imbibitor Lunae.

One of the exciting things about Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2 is the addition of new bosses. These bosses were revealed in the recent Special Program livestream, and players will face four powerful enemies: The Ascended, Abundance Sprite: Malefic Ape, Yanqing, and Phantylia the Undying.

Phantylia the Undying is particularly interesting as she seems to be the final boss in the Xianzhou storyline. She possesses the powers of Destruction and Abundance and will have three phases, each using different types of lotuses that can debuff and damage units.

The Malefic Ape and The Ascended are like mini-bosses that players can find in two new areas called the Alchemy Commission and Scalegorge Waterscape. There is also a character named Yanqing who could be the main boss, but we don’t know much about why players will fight him.

In a previous version of the game, Bronya and Kafka were boss enemies, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see Yanqing in Version 1.2. Over 200,000 people watched a livestream of Honkai: Star Rail and many of them were excited to play the new missions and events in Version 1.2.

They were also happy to get free Stellar Jades from livestream codes, which they could use until July 9. Honkai: Star Rail players can’t wait to explore the new locations and fight the new bosses.

Here you can check some latest news and information about Honkai: Star Rail:

It will be interesting to see what teams they come up with to defeat them, especially with the addition of Kafka, Blade, and Luka. From the “Even Immortality Ends” trailer, it looks like Honkai: Star Rail is preparing for another exciting story that will expand the game’s universe.

The godlike Aeons, Yaoshi the Abundance, and Nanook the Destruction, might have a more significant role in Version 1.2. Players must wait until July 19 for the update to be released.

Players of Honkai: Star Rail can acquire these characters through limited-time Event Warps, which change with each phase of an update. In anticipation of the Version 1.2 Special Program live stream, HoYoverse has already started revealing characters for Version 1.3.

In an official announcement on HoYoverse’s Honkai: Star Rail Twitter account, the introduction of Lynx, the youngest daughter of the Landau family, as a forthcoming four-star character in Version 1.3 was confirmed.

Lynx is one of Belobog’s most accomplished explorers of extreme environments. Despite occasionally lacking motivation, she possesses exceptional capabilities. Being introverted, Lynx tends to avoid unnecessary conversations.

The official character artwork for Lynx in Honkai: Star Rail portrays her as a Quantum character following the Path of Abundance. Lynx’s English voice actor is Risa Mei, who also lends her voice to Sangonomiya Kokomi in Genshin Impact.

Official Honkai: Star Rail Twitter account shares a tweet:

The recent unveiling of Lynx in Honkai: Star Rail has generated positive reactions from players on social media, with many anticipating her potential as a valuable Quantum healer in Version 1.3 team compositions.

In the upcoming update, Lynx will accompany the five-star Quantum character Fu Xuan. While specific release dates and new banners have yet to be disclosed by HoYoverse, players can expect Version 1.3 to be launched towards the end of August 2023, allowing them to learn more about Lynx in approximately one month.

  • Cocogoat Genshin Impact: Why is Ganyu called Cocogoat?

Cocogoat Genshin Impact: Why is Ganyu called Cocogoat?

Ganyu is a popular character in Genshin Impact, a gacha game with an open-world setting and action role-playing elements. She is a half-human, half-qilin hybrid who works as a secretary for the Liyue Qixing, the ruling body of the Liyue region.

She has a gentle and diligent personality, a pair of goat-like horns, and a bell around her neck. But why do some fans and even the game refer to her as a cocogoat?

What is the origin of this nickname, and what does it mean? This article will explore the history and meaning of the cocogoat meme and how it relates to Ganyu.

    Qiqi’s Quest for Cocogoat Milk

The term “cocogoat” first appears in the main story quest of Genshin Impact, where the player meets Qiqi, a zombie girl who works at a pharmacy in Liyue. Qiqi has a poor memory and often forgets things, so she relies on her notebook to remind her of her tasks.

    Cocogoat Genshin
    Cocogoat Genshin

One of the tasks that Qiqi asks the player to help her with is to find cocogoat milk, which she believes is a rare and delicious ingredient from a legendary adeptibeast called cocogoat.

Adeptibeasts are powerful creatures connected to the adepti, the god-like beings that protect Liyue. Qiqi tells the player that she once drank cocogoat milk and liked it very much, but she doesn’t remember where it came from or what it looks like.

She only knows that it has horns and lives in the mountains. She also thinks it must be related to the adepti since they produce tasty milk. The player then follows Qiqi’s clues and eventually finds a coconut tree, the source of the cocogoat milk that Qiqi drank.

Qiqi mistakes the coconuts for cocogoats and tries to milk them but fails. She then realizes she was wrong and apologizes to the player for wasting their time.

    Why is Ganyu Called Cocogoat?

Ganyu is called Cocogoat because of Qiqi’s quest for cocogoat milk, which turned out to be coconut milk. Qiqi thought that cocogoat was a legendary adeptibeast with horns that lived in the mountains, and Ganyu matched that description. Fans then started to call Ganyu Cocogoat a joke and a sign of affection.

    Ganyu’s Resemblance to a Cocogoat

The quest for cocogoat milk was a humorous and cute moment in the game, but it also sparked a connection between Qiqi and Ganyu, both friends and colleagues in Liyue.

Ganyu, who has horns and is half-Adeptus, fits the description of a cocogoat that Qiqi had in her mind. Fans soon started to joke that Ganyu was the real cocogoat that Qiqi was looking for and began to call her by that name.

The game also joined in on the fun, as one of the loading screen tips refers to Ganyu as “the legendary adeptibeast” that Qiqi sought.  Ganyu’s character trailer also features Qiqi touching her horns and saying, “cocogoat…adeptibeast…”, implying that she still thinks Ganyu is somehow related to the mythical creature. Ganyu seems unaware of the nickname but doesn’t mind being called it.

    The Meaning of Cocogoat

Cocogoat is a term that combines “coconut” and “goat,” two words that describe Ganyu’s appearance and origin. Coconut refers to her hair color, which is white with blue highlights, resembling the flesh and water of coconut.

A goat refers to her horns, similar to those of a goat. Cocogoat is also a term expressing affection and admiration for Ganyu, a beloved character among many fans.

She is praised for her beauty, kindness, loyalty, and strength. She is also a powerful character in combat, as she can deal high cryo damage with her bow and abilities.

Cocogoat is a nickname that shows how Genshin Impact fans can create memes and jokes based on the game’s story and characters. It is also a way of celebrating Ganyu’s unique traits and personality and her friendship with Qiqi. Cocogoat is more than just a word; it symbolizes love for Ganyu.

She thinks this signifies the stars guiding her and rewarding her efforts. Layla is grateful for this blessing but curious about its origin and nature.

She wonders if there is a deeper connection between her and the stars or if there is someone or something behind it. She also worries that the blessing might disappear or become a curse one day.

    Layla Best Builds

Layla can be built as a support or a sub-DPS character, depending on your preference and team composition. Here are some suggestions for her best weapons and artifacts.

    Support Build

For a support build, you want to maximize Layla’s HP, energy recharge, and cryo damage and shield strength. This will allow her to provide durable shields and buffs for your team and some passive damage from her elemental skill and burst.

    Best Weapon

    • Key of Khaj-Nisut: This four-star sword increases Layla’s max HP by 20% and grants her a buff that increases her attack by 1.2% for 12 seconds after using a basic skill. This weapon synergizes with Layla’s talents and constellations that scale with her HP and attack.
    • Favonius Sword: This four-star sword has a high base energy recharge and a passive effect that grants a 60% chance to generate 6 energy for the character after landing a critical hit. This effect can only occur once every 12 seconds. This weapon helps Layla recharge her elemental burst faster and maintain her energy generation for the team.

    Best Artifacts

    • The tenacity of the Millelith: This four-piece artifact set increases the HP of all party members by 20%. Additionally, when an elemental skill hits an enemy, the attack of all party members is increased by 20%, and their shield strength is increased by 30% for 3 seconds. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5 seconds and stack up to 3 times. This set enhances Layla’s shield and buff capabilities, as well as the damage output of the whole team.
    • Noblesse Oblige: This four-piece artifact set increases the elemental burst damage of the character by 20%. Additionally, using an elemental burst increases the attack of all party members by 20% for 12 seconds. This effect cannot stack. This set boosts Layla’s burst damage and provides a consistent attack buff for the team.

    Sub-DPS Build

For a sub-DPS build, you want to focus on Layla’s cryo damage, critical rate/damage, and some HP and energy recharge. This will allow her to deal more damage with her elemental skill and burst, especially when paired with other cryo or hydro characters for freeze reactions.

    Best Weapon

    • Primordial Jade Cutter: This five-star sword increases Layla’s HP by 20% and grants her a buff that increases her attack by 1.2% of her max HP. Additionally, it has a high base critical rate and a passive effect that increases the character’s critical damage by 4% for 6 seconds after landing a critical hit. This effect can stack up to 5 times and refreshes with new stacks. This weapon can maximize Layla’s damage potential with her HP scaling and critical stats.
    • Harbinger of Dawn: This three-star sword has a high base critical damage and a passive effect that grants the character a 28% increase in critical rate when their HP is above 90%. Additionally, it has a meager refinement cost, making it easy to reach refinement rank 5. This weapon is a budget option for increasing Layla’s critical rate as long as you can keep her HP high with her shields.

    Best Artifacts

    • Blizzard Strayer: This four-piece artifact set increases the character’s cryo damage by 15%. Additionally, when the character attacks fan enemy affected by cryo, their critical rate increases by 20%. If the enemy is frozen, the critical rate is increased by 20%. This set is perfect for enhancing Layla’s cryo damage and critical speed, mainly when used with other cryo or hydro characters for freeze reactions.
    • Emblem of Severed Fate: This four-piece artifact set increases the character’s energy recharge by 20%. Additionally, it increases the character’s elemental burst damage by 25% of their energy recharge. A maximum of 75% bonus damage can be obtained in this way. This set helps Layla recharge her elemental burst faster and deal more damage with it based on her energy recharge.

Genshin Impact Leak Shows Lyney Gameplay and Magic Skills!

A new secret about Genshin Impact has been uncovered! It shows us how the character Lyney will move in the game. Lyney is an exceptional character because the game’s official social media accounts have already announced that he will be released in the next update, 4.0.

Genshin Impact Leak Shows Lyney Gameplay
Genshin Impact Leak Shows Lyney Gameplay

This update will also bring a whole new region called Fontaine. Before each update comes out, Genshin Impact releases a test version called a beta. Players can try new regions, characters, and weapons in this beta.

Some leaked information from the beta has revealed that the upcoming 4.0 update will be one of the most significant updates ever in the game. Someone on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit shared a post showing how Lyney will look and move in the game.

Lyney is unique because he has five stars, which means he is mighty. We already knew from a picture released earlier that Lyney would use fire magic, and the leaked gameplay confirmed that he would also use a bow.

Fans are excited because Lyney’s magic skills are a big part of his abilities. For example, when he usually attacks, he first summons a card before shooting his last arrow.

However, some players are unhappy because they think the game developers give the best attack animations to characters who don’t rely on regular attacks as much.

    iyad08 shares a post:

    [deleted by user]
    by inGenshin_Impact_Leaks

In simpler terms, the leaks about Lyney in Genshin Impact say that he is a strong character who focuses on using a powerful attack called the Charged Attack.  His Charged Attack has two levels, depending on how long you charge it.

The first level shoots an arrow that deals special damage to an enemy. The second level creates a unique hat when the attack hits an enemy. This hat attracts nearby enemies, allowing Lyney to move to a different position.

When the hat explodes, it only damages one nearby enemy with fire. Using Lyney’s Level 2 Charged Attack also means he will lose some of his health but gain a unique ability called Prop Surplus.

A video shows that Lyney’s unique ability causes an instant explosion, clearing all Prop Surplus abilities and dealing a lot of damage to multiple enemies based on the number of skills and his attack power.

To play Lyney well, players might need to use his Charged Attack to build up multiple Prop Surplus abilities before using his extraordinary power. Many fans in the comments say that Lyney has one of the most fabulous animations in Genshin Impact when he uses his unique ability. He turns into a bouncing cat and deals fire damage to multiple enemies.

Genshin Impact is available for PCs, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices.

  • Who is the Strongest Archon in Genshin Impact? – Clash of the Divine

Who is the Strongest Archon in Genshin Impact? – Clash of the Divine

Genshin Impact is a popular game known for its immersive gameplay, interesting stories, and background information. The Archons are essential characters in the game’s storyline.

They are potent gods who govern the different regions of Tevyat, and each one represents a specific element. This list has ranked the Archons from the least powerful to the most powerful. Let’s discover who is considered the strongest Archon in Genshin Impact.

    7. Venti

Surprisingly, Venti is considered the least powerful Archon in Genshin Impact. He used to be in charge of Mondstadt, a place known for wind and freedom.

However, since freedom and ruling don’t go together, Mondstadt and its people are now independent of Archon’s control. This means Venti isn’t seen as vital because the people of Mondstadt have the power to determine their fate. He is frail. In the story quest “La Signora,” the 8th Harbinger could steal and trounce his Gnosis.

Even though he used to be one of the strongest Archons and could create destructive black holes, we never really saw his true power because he rarely fights and has very little strength remaining. That’s why he is considered the weakest Archon in the game.

    6. Nahida

Nahida is the second Dendro Archon of the Nation of Wisdom, Sumeru. At the beginning of the Sumeru storyline, it was made clear that Nahida isn’t physically strong like other Archons. However, she is known for her wisdom.

People say she is one of the wisest individuals in Teyvat and cares deeply for her people. Before Nahida, the original Archon of Sumeru was called “The Greater Lord Rukkhadevata.”

In the story quest, we learn that Nahida came from an Irminsul branch, where Rukkhadevata’s consciousness and the history of Teyvat’s memories are stored. Venti once said, “The more people worship Archons, the more powerful they’ll be.”

Since Rukkhadevata’s passing, the people of Sumeru stopped worshipping Nahida and rejected her as their god. That’s why she isn’t considered a strong Archon in Genshin Impact.

    5. Focalors

Focalors is the ruler of Fontaine, a place known for justice and water powers. We don’t know much about her personality, but she has a unique way of doing things and likes to be present during trials in her nation.

Focalors was mentioned by Nahida during a story quest, saying, “There’s a chief justice in Fontaine. Generally speaking, the Hydro Archon Focalors won’t preside over individual trials. However, even then, Focalors will make her present at just about every trail.”

Our Genshin Impact 4.0 article talked about Focalors’ design and unique personality, but there isn’t much information about her yet. Fontaine is coming on August 16, so we’ll have to wait and see how strong she is. Based on what we know so far, it seems reasonable to say that Focalors is the fifth most powerful Archon on this list.

    4. Murata

Murata is the leader of Natlan, a nation known for its warlike nature. We don’t know much about Murata except her fiery personality. In the Genshin Impact manga, Venti mentions interacting with her and describes her as occasionally annoying.

We know that the people of Natlan, including Murata, have red hair and muscular bodies. Venti talks about this in the manga called ‘Songs of the Wind.’

He mentions how warriors from different tribes honor Murata through combat rituals and celebrate victories in her name. Venti also jokingly refers to her as obnoxious.

While we can’t accurately measure her power based on this information, considering her description and characteristics, we could speculate that she is the fourth strongest Archon in Genshin Impact’s world of Teyvat.

    3. Ei, the Raiden Shogun

The Raiden Shogun is the ruler of a place called Inazuma, which has six islands. Before becoming the Electro Archon, the current ruler Ei had a sister named Raiden Makoto, who died during a big war.

Ei was very sad and isolated herself in a particular place called the Plane of Euthymia. She made two puppets to take care of Inazuma while she stayed there.

Ei didn’t like progress because it reminded her of the person she lost, so she wanted things to remain the same forever. She made a puppet named Scaramouche, but she let him go because he cried when he was born (in the story).

Then she made the Raiden Shogun because she wanted something that didn’t have emotions like humans and could go against the gods’ rules. The story says she defeated a snake god called Orobashi from Khaenri’ah with just one decisive strike.

She also killed La Signora, an essential member of the Harbingers group, with just one strike. This shows how mighty Raiden Ei/Shogun is. That’s why we think she is the third strongest Archon in Genshin Impact.”

    2. Zhongli

The debate between Zhongli and Raiden Shogun in Genshin Impact has been going on for a while, but we’re here to settle it. As someone who plays Raiden Shogun, I think Zhongli is slightly more powerful than her, and I’ll explain why.

Zhongli, also known as Morax, lives in the wealthy lands of Liuye and now resides among regular people after the long Archon War in Teyvat 500 years ago.

According to the lore, Morax can defeat other gods and has sealed them away. He created the Yaksha, who helped him in the great Archon War. He also made Azhdaha, a creature who fought alongside him but was sealed away when he lost his memories and became dangerous.

It’s said that Morax used large rocks from Guyun stone as spears to defeat his enemies during the war. Additionally, he’s the oldest Archon, having been an Archon for almost 6,000 years! So, he deserves the second spot on the list of the strongest Archons in Genshin Impact.

    1. The Tsaritsa – Strongest Genshin Impact Archon

The Tsaritsa, also known as the Cryo Archon, is considered the strongest Archon in Teyvat. She rules the nation of Snezhnaya and has a group of followers called the Fatui.

The Tsaritsa used the Fatui to intimidate other countries. Among her followers are potent individuals known as “The Harbingers,” some of whom have abilities comparable to gods.

What makes the Tsaritsa the strongest Archon is that she has obtained three gnoses (symbols of power) belonging to other gods: Anemo, Electro, and Geo. She plans to “burn away the old world” and seize authority from the gods in Celestia.

The Tsaritsa’s most potent followers are the 11 Harbingers in the Fatui. So far, we have encountered four of them: Tartaglia (11th), Scaramouche (6th), La Signora (8th) (who is no longer alive), and Dottore (2nd). We will likely meet and fight Arlecchino (10th) in Fontaine, the Nation of Justice.

Overall, the Tsaritsa’s immense following, her possession of other gods’ gnoses, and the power of her Harbingers make her easily the most powerful Archon in Genshin Impact.

  • PS5 Slim Release Date and Price Speculation: What to Expect?

PS5 Slim Release Date and Price Speculation: What to Expect?

Opinions on Sony’s PS5 are divided, with some appreciating its bold two-tone design. In contrast, others consider it significant and cumbersome, wishing for a more compact version known as the rumored PS5 Slim.

During the legal disputes between Microsoft and the FTC, a representative from Microsoft reportedly mentioned that Sony plans to release a PS5 Slim before the end of 2023.

Considering Microsoft’s statement, there may be some credibility to these rumors. If a slimmer PS5 does come to fruition, it is not expected to offer additional power or features compared to the standard PS5 or the PS5 Digital Edition.

However, for those who have yet to upgrade from the PS4 to the PS5, the PS5 Slim could be an appealing option if they are not fond of the current console’s appearance or have limited space in their entertainment center. Let’s explore what we know about the PS5 Slim.

    PS5 Slim Release Date Speculation

While an official release date for the PS5 Slim has not been announced, rumors suggest it may become available sometime in 2023. Given that the PS5 will reach its three-year mark in November of this year, it would make sense for a redesigned model to be introduced after the console has matured and developers have become more familiar with its hardware.

Microsoft says,PS5 Slim will join the handheld Project Q and release sometime in 2023.”

This familiarity often leads to better optimization, improving performance while consuming less power. Consequently, reduced power requirements allow for a smaller chassis with less need for component cooling. It’s important to note that these observations are based on educated speculation rather than direct insights from Sony.

    PS5 Slim Price Speculation

According to Microsoft, the anticipated price for the PS5 Slim is $400, which would align it with the PS5 Digital Edition, as the Slim version is expected to lack a disc drive.

This pricing seems reasonable, although it would be preferable if Sony could further reduce the price, especially considering potential cost savings from materials and the fact that the hardware would be approaching its third year.

However, Sony possesses a collection of exclusive PS5 titles that rely on the console’s power to run optimally, granting them a certain level of control over pricing.

Since its initial release, the PS5 has not seen a reduction in its launch price of $499, and it has even witnessed price increases in certain regions like the U.K., where it rose from £449 to £479.

Consequently, with price increases occurring a couple of years into the console generation when one would expect prices to decline, it is unlikely that the PS5 Slim will receive significant discounts. It won’t be as affordable as the $299 Xbox Series S.

How Does the PS5 Slim Differ From the Original PS5?

While the original PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition share identical hardware specifications, with the only distinction being the absence of a physical disc drive in the Digital Edition, the lower price point of the PS5 Slim suggests that the revised console version is making compromises to offer a more affordable option.

    PS5 Slim Design Speculation

There haven’t been any leaked images or official announcements about the PS5 Slim, so our discussion here is purely speculative, based on concept renders and past trends.

The PS5 Slim might not include a Blu-ray disc drive, as this would increase the overall cost of the console. The current PS5’s futuristic, router-like design might be replaced with a more understated, rounded aesthetic.

It’s plausible to think of a design similar to the PS4 Slim, which favored rounded corners and a more compact form. Cooling systems and engineering advances could allow Sony to fit the PS5’s components into a significantly smaller casing.

However, this compact design might eliminate the possibility of adding a second SSD, as is possible with the current PS5, even though the process isn’t as simple as plug-and-play (refer to our guide on upgrading the PS5 internal storage).

As for the technical specifications, they’re likely to remain consistent with the current PS5 models. To reduce costs, the number of USB ports might be reduced. Sony might also consider increasing the console’s storage to 1TB or even more, especially now that the prices of PCIe 4.0 SSDs have decreased.

With improved cooling, Sony might be able to squeeze out a bit more performance from the AMD system-on-a-chip, although this is purely speculative and not something to bank on.

    PS5 Slim Outlook

Considering the mixed opinions about the PS5’s appearance and that it’s not exactly a tiny device, many people would appreciate a slimmer version of the PS5. This would follow Sony’s pattern of releasing thin versions of the PS3 and PS4.

We don’t anticipate a significant improvement in performance with the PS5 Slim; instead, it would probably gradually replace the existing Digital Edition model. In any case, it seems like a PS5 Slim is bound to happen, and it’s just a matter of when not if.

Breaking News: Genshin Impact Leak Unveils Fontaine 4.0 Map

Leaks regarding Fontaine in Genshin Impact have triggered a flood of information, with the latest reveal being the map of the upcoming new Region in Version 4.0.

The game recently unveiled a Fontaine teaser, showcasing a fresh lineup of characters accompanying the Traveler on their journey through Teyvat. As anticipated, the teaser presented glimpses of a Victorian steampunk realm featuring a comprehensive sewer system and an impressive, authoritative courthouse.

While Liyue was known as the nation of Contracts, Fontaine embodies the concept of Justice, and players eagerly anticipate exploring these themes in the HoYoverse over the upcoming year.

Genshin Impact’s Version 3.8 will introduce Eula and Klee as featured banners, but interestingly, it will be the first update without adding a new character. Instead, players can obtain Layla, a 4-star Cryo Sword astrologist from Rtawahist Darshan, through the flagship event.

Additionally, a new skin for Kaeya can be acquired using the event’s currency. This update will be the final installment of Genshin Impact’s Sumeru phase, setting the stage for the upcoming Fontaine content.

Recently, a Genshin Impact player named No-Lifeguard4399 shared an in-game map of Fontaine on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit, although it only reveals the portion above water.

Some fans have noticed that Fontaine appears more minor than previous Regions at their respective launches. However, a significant amount of Fontaine exploration is expected to occur underwater.

While Inazuma introduced naval exploration with boats, allowing the Traveler to navigate the archipelago easily, Fontaine will take it further by introducing diving mechanics.

Fontaine, the upcoming region in Genshin Impact, will offer expansive underwater areas teeming with treasures and Hydroculi for players to discover. The mechanics of character abilities in three-dimensional underwater space have yet to be fully revealed.

However, diving underwater will not impose any restrictions on the characters. To enhance vertical exploration throughout Genshin Impact, the HoYoverse team plans to improve the depiction of underground zones on the world map.

Yelan, a bow user hailing from the Liyue region of Genshin Impact, possesses exceptional talent in wielding the power of Hydro. With her powerful abilities, she can excel as the primary damage dealer and seamlessly integrate into various team setups.

Yelan’s excellent damage output and Elemental skill that enables fast traversal make her a valuable asset for combat and exploration. Tartaglia, another five-star character with Hydro abilities, defies the conventions of a typical bow user by delivering devastating blows to multiple foes simultaneously and effortlessly transitioning to close-quarters combat.

Players of Genshin Impact hold a deep appreciation for Tartaglia due to his adaptable skill set and engaging playstyle. In contrast, Zhongli is a Geo Polearm wielder specializing in inflicting substantial area-of-effect damage and petrifying enemies.

  • Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Five New Battle Pass Weapons

Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Five New Battle Pass Weapons

Five new weapons have been unveiled through a recent leak for Genshin Impact, set to join the Battle Pass system. Once players attain Adventure Rank 20, they access this feature, which encompasses a different leveling system.

To progress in the Battle Pass, players must fulfill diverse objectives. The Battle Pass in Genshin Impact offers free and paid versions, providing additional rewards such as the BP Bounty, allowing players to choose from five weapons.

Despite the significant changes Genshin Impact has undergone since its release, developer HoYoverse has made only minimal adjustments to the mechanics of the Battle Pass.

Currently, the BP Bounty chest in Genshin Impact contains five weapons: The Black Sword, Serpent Spine, Solar Pearl, The Viridescent Hunt, and Deathmatch.

Among these weapons, the Serpent Spine Claymore is widely regarded as the optimal choice, mainly when all its Refinement Levels have been acquired.

However, a reliable leaker named merlin_impact recently shared a Twitter post revealing that HoYoverse will finally alter the lineup of Battle Pass weapons in the upcoming Fontaine update. According to the leak, the revised Battle Pass will feature the following weapons:

    • Scion of the Blazing Sun: a four-star bow
    • Wolf-Fang: a four-star sword
    • Talking Stick: a four-star claymore
    • Ballad of the Fjords: a four-star polearm
    • Sacrificial Jade: a four-star catalyst

    Hers’s the tweet:

The Scion of the Blazing Sun bow will be an excellent economical choice for a DPS sword, as it possesses Crit Rate as its secondary stat. This bow will be preferred for Charged Attack users like Ganyu, the Cryo user, or Tighnari, the Forest Watcher.

Wolf-Fang will also offer respectable primary and secondary stats suitable for the game’s numerous main or sub-DPS characters. Its passive ability enhances the wielder’s potential for Elemental Skill and Burst damage.

The Ballad of the Fjords features a direct passive effect that raises the passive Elemental Mastery of the weapon holder when there are three elements present in the party, making it ideal for the famous Burgeon team composition.

Here you can check some latest updates and details about Genshin Impact:

The newly introduced catalyst, Sacrificial Jade, provides a 20% increase in the wielder’s max HP and an 80-point boost to Elemental Mastery if the character remains off the field for 6 seconds.

On the other hand, Talking Stick grants a 16% ATK increase for 10 seconds when the surface is affected by the Pyro element. This specific passive effect can synergize well within certain Genshin Impact team compositions.

Genshin Impact Leak Unveils Hydro Traveler’s Abilities in Fontaine

With the release of Version 3.8, Genshin Impact players are finally getting a glimpse of significant information leaks regarding the new Fontaine region, including the complete set of abilities for the Hydro Traveler.

While Genshin Impact boasts a diverse roster of characters from various parts of Teyvat, equipped with Visions of different elements and wielding multiple weapons, the Traveler stands out due to their adaptable elemental affinity.

Throughout the numerous updates of Genshin Impact, players have obtained the Anemo, Geo, Electro, and Dendro elements for the Traveler’s arsenal. Now Fontaine seeks to introduce Hydro as a new addition.

The Dendro Traveler has proven to be an unexpectedly formidable option for numerous high-tier teams in Genshin Impact, particularly those that depend on Yae Miko for Aggravate reactions or utilize Raiden Shogun’s elemental recharge scaling.

    Genshin Impact Leak Hydro Traveler
    Genshin Impact Leak Hydro Traveler

As Hydro takes the spotlight in the Fontaine region, players of Genshin Impact eagerly anticipate that the developers at HoYoverse will maintain the Traveler’s impressive performance from Sumeru and deliver a fresh set of abilities that can rival the current meta.

Shared on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit by the user No-Lifeguard4399, fans now have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the Hydro Traveler and their set of abilities, courtesy of leaked information from Mero and Blednaya.

In line with tradition, the Traveler’s Sword retains its Normal and Charged Attacks without any changes. However, the introduction of the Aquacrest Saber enables the Traveler to transform into a veritable machine gun at the cost of their health.

By quickly tapping the new Elemental Skill, a powerful wave of water is unleashed, while holding the skill for up to six seconds will cause the Traveler to bombard enemies with droplets of dew continuously.

Reddit user No-Lifeguard4399 shares a post:

Hydro Traveller Kit via Mero and Blednaya
    byu/No-Lifeguard4399 inGenshin_Impact_Leaks

Interestingly, the Aquacrest Saber will have an intriguing interaction with the newly introduced Spiritsbreath mechanic in Fontaine. Characters from Fontaine will receive either Pneuma-aligned or Ousia-aligned damage bonuses through this mechanic, which is believed to be an extension of the duality theme present in Fontaine.

While it remains uncertain how exactly this new mechanic will impact combat in Fontaine and whether it will extend to the Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact, Lynette, Lyney, Freminet, and the Hydro Traveler all appear to have some form of interaction with it.

Here you can check some latest news about Genshin Impact:

The Hydro Traveler’s latest Elemental Burst is named Rising Waters, which, based on the description, appears to resemble a slower version of the Elemental Burst found in the Anemo Traveler’s kit.

To counter the health drain caused by the Aquacrest Saber, Hydro Travelers will possess a passive talent that restores their HP whenever they collect a Sourcewater Droplet.

These droplets are generated using the Hold version of the Aquacrest Saber after striking an enemy. Overall, it may be premature to assess the Hydro Traveler’s strength in Genshin Impact at this stage, but their kit presents a unique proposition.
