Honkai: Star Rail 2.2: Everything You Need To Know From The Leaks

One of the new characters in Honkai: Star Rail 2.2 is getting a nerf, according to a new leak. Version 2.2 will continue the main story in Penacony, a setting introduced in Version 2.0 and expanded upon in Version 2.1 missions.

What exactly will be in the upcoming patch is still a bit mysterious, but HoYoverse has confirmed that at least two new heroes will be added.

There’s also a leak suggesting that a third character might be available through a rumored new Trailblazer form, although the developer hasn’t teased this yet.

    Honkai: Star Rail 2.2 Leaks

The two characters revealed for Version 2.2 are Boothill and Robin. Boothill has been teased as someone who contacts Acheron, though we’ve only heard his voice in a call that was picked up by Black Swan. Robin, on the other hand, has been through some mysterious events in the story.

    Boothill Overworld Nerf
    byu/noteggs_ inHonkaiStarRail_leaks

Now, a new leak obtained by HomDGCat and shared on Reddit reveals that Boothill is being nerfed in a significant way, even before his official release. The leak says that Boothill’s attack range in the overworld is being shortened.

According to the leak, Boothill’s attack distance is going from 40 meters to 15 meters. This means he can’t start fights from as far away, bringing him closer to the attack range used by ranged characters.

The leak compares Boothill’s new attack range to other characters in the game: March 7th attacks up to 14.4 meters, Bronya’s attack range is 14 meters, and Qingque’s strike reaches 12 meters. This comparison led to some jokes about Boothill in the Reddit comments.

Despite the nerf, Boothill remains a long-distance attacker, and his new leaked range still gives him an advantage when starting combat. Some users mentioned that Boothill’s firearm now has a similar range to Qingque throwing a mahjong tile.

While the nerf might not make sense logically (since real handgun bullets can travel much farther), it does make sense for gameplay. If Boothill’s attack range stayed at 40 meters, players could start battles from too far away, never needing to worry about being ambushed.

There’s a chance that Boothill’s attack range might be adjusted further before Version 2.2 arrives. HoYoverse has only revealed that Boothill is a Physical character who follows the Path of the Hunt, and he’s confirmed to be a Galaxy Ranger, likely a DPS unit in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai: Star Rail: Boothill And Robin’s Leaked Skills Look OP

A new leak from Honkai: Star Rail shows the gameplay of two upcoming characters: Boothill and Robin. The game’s official social media accounts have confirmed their arrival in Version 2.2.

Honkai: Star Rail often adds new characters, with Acheron being the latest in update 2.1. While the Phase 2 five-star character, Aventurine, hasn’t arrived yet, leaks reveal more about Robin and Boothill.

E0S0 Boothill and Robin Gameplay MoC 12
    byu/CantTouchMyEkko inHonkaiStarRail_leaks

HoYoverse confirmed both characters as a five-star rarity. Robin supports the team with buffs, while Boothill focuses on single-target damage. A subreddit post shares gameplay of them battling enemies. Players believe Robin’s support abilities complement Boothill’s DPS role well.

Robin’s Skill boosts party ATK by 36%, lasting three rounds. Her ultimate buffs the team based on her Eidolon levels.

Boothill’s Technique targets the enemy with the lowest HP, gaining Reforged stacks for stronger damage. His Skill marks a target for enhanced attacks and reduces damage taken from unmarked enemies.

The leaked footage suggests credibility, but HoYoyverse might tweak the characters before the May 8 release of Version 2.2. The characters will likely be released in two banner cycles as usual.

  • Palworld GO: Explore, Collect, And Battle! Open Beta Out Now In Select Regions

Palworld GO: Explore, Collect, And Battle! Open Beta Out Now In Select Regions

The Palworld hype is getting even bigger with the announcement of Palworld GO entering its early access open beta in three specific countries. This mobile game is a version of the popular console and PC game, made for smartphones and tablets. It’s going to be available on both Android and iOS devices.

According to Game Rant, the early access beta for Palworld GO will only be in three places to start with. The game’s developer, Pocket Pair, wants to test how well the game works on mobile before letting everyone play it.

The beta will start in Zanarkand, Yharnam, and New Jersey. Gamers in these areas will get a chance to try out the game early.

Though it’s not clear how exactly Palworld GO will play, some hints from Game Rant suggest that players might have to visit real-life places in their area to earn rewards for their pals, palspheres, and ammo. These spots will be called Pal Stops in the game.

One interesting thing about Palworld GO is that players can find and hatch eggs of different pals by walking around. But there’s a twist: the eggs only hatch when you walk backward.

Some special landmarks in the game will let players team up to fight tough pals together. These battles are called Incursions and feature rare pals like Necromus and Shadowbeak.

Palworld has been a big hit since it came out in January, selling 15 million copies and being part of Xbox Game Pass. While some people thought Palworld was just “Pokemon with guns,” it won fans by putting its own spin on the idea.

Overall, Palworld GO seems like a really different kind of mobile game. Even though there were worries when the original game came out, it looks like Palworld GO is doing its own thing and bringing something new to the table.

The early access beta for Palworld GO starts today, April 1, for iOS and Android devices, as well as the Nokia N-Gage.

  • Dragon’s Dogma 2: Xbox Players Rejoice! Update Brings Major Improvements

Dragon’s Dogma 2: Xbox Players Rejoice! Update Brings Major Improvements

The newest update for Dragon’s Dogma 2 brings some great news for Xbox players. Before, only PlayStation 5 and Steam users got this update.

It let them start a new game using their old save data and had options to make the game look better and run smoother. Now, Xbox Series X and S players can enjoy these improvements too.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 came out recently and became a hit with fans and critics. It’s a sequel to Dragon’s Dogma and took 12 years to make. Even though it broke records and had lots of players on Steam, it still had some problems.

Players didn’t like how hard it was to start a new game, the frame rate dropped often, and there were microtransactions. Capcom, the game’s maker, listened to players and promised to fix things. And they kept their word by releasing updates for all platforms, including Xbox Series X and S.

The update fixes many player complaints, like microtransactions and frame rate issues. On Xbox Series X and S, players can now turn Motion Blur on or off and limit the frame rate to 30 FPS.

Only Xbox Series X players can turn Ray Tracing on or off, though. But Capcom says these changes shouldn’t mess up the game’s frame rate too much, and they’re planning to make things even better.

The update also adds more “Art of Metamorphosis” items to the game and fixes bugs and text problems. Plus, it lets players get their own home earlier in the game.

These updates are just the start—Capcom promises to keep making Dragon’s Dogma 2 better until players are happy.

To make sure players are happy, Capcom surveyed Dragon’s Dogma 2. Some questions in the survey hint that there might be extra content, like DLC, for the game. This wouldn’t be surprising since the first Dragon’s Dogma had an expansion called Dark Arisen. So, it seems like Dragon’s Dogma 2 might get even better in the future!

    Dragon’s Dogma 2 Patch Notes

    • Xbox Series X|S
        • Adding the option to start a new game when save data already exists.
        • Changing the number of “Art of Metamorphosis” items available at Pawn Guilds in the game to 99.
        • Making the quest that allows players to acquire their own dwelling (where they can save and rest) available earlier in the game.
        • Adding the option* to switch Motion Blur on/off in Options.
        • Adding the option to set Frame Rate at Max 30fps in Options.
        • Miscellaneous text display issues.
        • Miscellaneous bug fixes.

Honkai Star Rail: Robin’s Skills And Animations Leaked – Check Them Out!

A sneak peek of Honkai: Star Rail’s upcoming update, version 2.2, has leaked online, showing off some cool stuff about a new character named Robin. Robin, along with another character named Boothill, will be joining the game in this update. They’re from a place called Penacony, and they come with their own story.

Honkai Star Rail: Robin’s Skills And Animations Leaked

    Honkai Star Rail: Robin's
    Honkai Star Rail: Robin’s

Version 2.2 of Honkai: Star Rail is set to bring in Robin and Boothill, who will play a big role in the game’s story. They’ll also bring new missions and places to explore.

The leak spilled a bunch of details about what’s coming in version 2.2. There will be five special events with cool prizes, like Treasures Lightward and Clocky: Dreamjoy Memoir.

The update will also make some improvements to the game, like letting you show your in-game status to your friends. Plus, there’s talk of a new Toughness feature that might give certain characters a boost.

The leak also gave us a look at Robin’s moves in action. She’s got green eyes, wears a fancy dress, and has tattoos. When she attacks, she throws big chords at enemies with her staff. And when she goes into the ultimate mode, she starts singing with her voice, which seems like it’ll last for the whole round. Cool, right?

What Can You Expect from Robin in Honkai: Star Rail?

Even though Robin won’t be coming to the game for a few months, some info about her abilities has leaked online. She’s a support character who focuses on boosting Physical damage.

Robin can buff her teammates’ Critical Damage and Attack, and she can also refill her energy, just like other Harmony characters in Honkai: Star Rail. Plus, once she goes into Concerto mode, she becomes immune to crowd control debuffs.

Robin in Honkai: Star Rail has a pretty good set of skills. She can make her team deal more damage and shield herself from certain debuffs.

She’s helpful for support while also packing a punch with her single-target damage. It’s still early to tell, but Robin seems like she’ll be a popular choice for teams that rely on Harmony.

Besides Robin and Boothill, the next update, version 2.2, will introduce a new type of Trailblazer character who follows the Harmony path. This character will use Imaginary as their element and act as a buffer, similar to other Harmony characters.

They’ll boost the whole team’s Break Effect with their Technique. Players will probably unlock this Harmony Trailblazer after finishing a story mission.

Honkai Star Rail Gallagher Build Guide: Dominate With Buffs And Healing

In the game Honkai Star Rail, there’s a new character called Gallagher. He’s a 4-star character who hasn’t been released yet. Gallagher is special because he uses the Fire element, and he’s the third character like this in the game.

He’s on a journey called the Path of Abundance in space. People who play the game are excited about Gallagher because the company that made the game, HoYoverse, showed him off in their sneak peek campaign for the next update, Honkai Star Rail 2.1.

Now, let’s talk about how to make Gallagher strong in the game. We’ll look at the best Light Cones, Relics, and Planar Ornaments for him in the Star Rail 2.1 update.

Honkai Star Rail Gallagher Build Guide

    • Basic ATK: He attacks enemies with fire, dealing damage to them.
    • Enhanced Basic ATK: This attack not only hurts enemies with fire but also lowers their attack power for a while.
    • Skill: Gallagher can heal one of his allies. The amount of healing depends on how strong his attack power is.
    • Ultimate: When Gallagher uses his ultimate ability, it happens in three stages. First, he deals fire damage to enemies. Then, he boosts his basic attack power. Finally, he makes enemies weaker.

This makes it easier for his allies to do more damage. Also, during this ultimate, he can heal one of his teammates. If he attacks, his basic attack power gets stronger, and his teammates get healed. He also has another ability that makes his healing even better for allies who are hurt.

  • Honkai: Star Rail 2.2 Leaks: The Hype Is Real! What’s Been Found?

Honkai: Star Rail 2.2 Leaks: The Hype Is Real! What’s Been Found?

Recently, there have been some sneak peeks into what’s coming in the next update of Honkai: Star Rail, version 2.2. One cool thing is that players will now be able to mute the game’s sound when they minimize the screen. This can be handy for players who like to do other things while playing.

The closed beta testing for version 2.2 is ongoing, with some lucky players getting to try out new stuff before it’s officially released. Even though it’s still early, some details have already leaked out about what’s in store.

One exciting bit of news is that there will be new Light Cones and relic sets available in version 2.2. These items give players different advantages, like better energy regeneration and stronger attacks. Also, a new challenge called the Cavern of Corrosion will be added, where players will face tough enemies.

Some leaks also hint at more quality-of-life features, like being able to mute the sound when switching to other apps. Plus, there will be a new social feature that shows what game mode players are in, similar to other games like Valorant and League of Legends.

In version 2.2, a new character named Robin will be introduced. She’s a five-star Physical unit who follows the path of Harmony. Robin has a stylish look with a white dress and purple accessories.

Another new character, Boothill, will also be joining in update 2.2. He deals Physical damage and has some unique abilities, like triggering duels and weakening enemies with his ultimate move. This update is expected to come out possibly in May.

  • Steam On Xbox Could Be A Game-Changer – Here’s Why?

Steam On Xbox Could Be A Game-Changer – Here’s Why?

Big changes are happening at Xbox. It all started when Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, talked about changing the company’s strategy in February.

Some people thought Xbox games like Starfield and Indiana Jones might come to PlayStation, but that turned out to be wrong. However, Spencer did say that Xbox would try releasing some of its games on other consoles.

    Xbox Series X Black Friday
    Xbox Series X Black Friday

They announced that games like Pentiment, Grounded, Sea of Thieves, and Hi-Fi Rush would be available on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. This move could be smart for business, as Xbox is now looking at what games to release next.

There are also rumors about Xbox making a handheld gaming device. Plus, Sarah Bond from Xbox hinted that the next Xbox console would be a big jump in technology.

This is quite different from Xbox’s quiet year in 2022. It seems like that year made them work harder.

Fans of Xbox have a lot to be excited about, including the chance of Steam and other stores coming to Xbox. Spencer wants to bring more games from other platforms to Xbox too.

In an interview, Spencer said he’s open to having stores like the Epic Games Store and Steam on Xbox. He thinks giving players more choices is important, just like on a PC.

Spencer also talked about how making consoles cheaper is hard now. He believes in removing barriers for players and game makers.

In the end, making games available to more people brings more joy to everyone.

Wild Xbox New Console Buzz: This System Could Be A Titan

A special Xbox device, similar to the one Microsoft will soon release, was found in South Korea. Xbox has been making changes lately, like putting some games on PlayStation and updating its Rewards app. Some fans worried Xbox might stop making consoles, but their boss said they’ll still make new ones.

During a legal trial, a new Xbox and a controller like PlayStation’s were leaked. Now, a new Xbox development kit was seen in South Korea. Game makers can use it to make new games. It’s different from previous Xbox kits, so it’s probably for a new Xbox.

Microsoft hasn’t said anything about a new Xbox yet, but Sony might release a stronger PlayStation soon. This could make Xbox want to make their new console.

Usually, companies announce new consoles in the summer and release them later in the year. So, we might hear about a new Xbox soon.

  • Is Genshin Impact On Switch Yet? Here’s The Latest Update

Is Genshin Impact On Switch Yet? Here’s The Latest Update

As fans of Hoyoverse’s intriguing gameplay, we thoroughly enjoyed Genshin Impact on PC, smartphone, and PlayStation. However, our excitement grows as we await news of its impending release on the Switch.

With the Switch version’s teaser already making waves, we hope the release date isn’t too far away. Perhaps a few prayers to the archons could hasten its arrival. While every trip must come to an end, the idea of going on this new voyage is simply alluring!

    Is Genshin Impact on Switch?

On March 18, 2024, a report from Famitsu, a Japanese gaming outlet, mentioned that the official teaser website for the Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact wasn’t working for a while. But now, it’s back up and running, although there haven’t been any changes to the site. The release date for the Switch version still says “to be determined.”

Neither miHoYo nor Genshin Impact X (formerly Twitter) have said anything about the website being down. If you’re excited about the Switch version of the game, you’ll have to wait a bit longer for more news.

Back on January 14, 2020, HoYoVerse announced that they were making a Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact. But since then, there haven’t been any updates or footage about it, even though it’s been over four years.

Right now, you can play Genshin Impact on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. The Nintendo Switch version is still in the works, but we don’t know when it’ll be released. Version 4.5 came out on March 13, 2024, and it introduced a new character named Chiori.

Developer Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone started hinting about the 1.6 update back in 2023, and fans of Stardew Valley have been eagerly waiting for it ever since. The game hadn’t seen any updates for a few years until the 1.5 patch came out in 2020.

While PC players can dive right into the new content, those on consoles and mobile devices will have to be patient for a bit longer.

  • Genshin Impact Leaks Version 4.6 Banners: Arlecchino Confirmed, But Who Else?

Genshin Impact Leaks Version 4.6 Banners: Arlecchino Confirmed, But Who Else?

A person informed about Genshin Impact may have revealed information on the planned Event Banners for Version 4.6. These banners depict personalities that players can get enthused about.

Characters are important in Genshin Impact because they make the game fun to play while also generating revenue for the developers.

In the latest updates, some new characters like Furina and Neuvillette have become popular among players.

They’ve become important for how the game is played at advanced levels. Other characters like Xianyun and Chevreuse have made older characters more interesting by giving them new abilities.

Now, with Version 4.6, a new character named Arlecchino is expected to join the game. But there will also be some characters returning for another go, like Wanderer and Baizhu. This info was shared by someone named Dimbreath on Twitter and a Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit.

It’s worth mentioning that sometimes these plans can change suddenly. In the past, characters were supposed to show up in one version but ended up appearing in another. So, while Baizhu’s return might be surprising, he may be available in a special banner after Version 4.6.

Looking ahead, there might be a rerun of Shenhe in Version 4.7, but we’re not sure yet. The main focus of Version 4.6 seems to be Arlecchino, but it will also introduce new locations called Petrichor and Remuria, which players have been waiting for. The next big update after that is expected to come in Version 5.0 with a new region called Nathan.

  • Genshin Impact Zhongli Build: The Ultimate Tank And Support Guide

Genshin Impact Zhongli Build: The Ultimate Tank And Support Guide

In the game Genshin Impact, characters who help the team called support characters, are very important.

Even if you find a character later who can attack well (DPS), the help that a good support character gives, like protection (shields) and making your team stronger (damage bonuses), is unique. This is especially true for one of the strongest characters you can get, known as the Geo Archon.

    Genshin Impact Zhongli Build

Zhongli is a top-rated five-star character in Genshin Impact who fights with a Polearm and belongs to the Geo element.

    Genshin Impact Zhongli Build
    Genshin Impact Zhongli Build

When he first appeared in the game, he was already strong, but then he received a huge improvement that made him even better, making him one of the best support characters for certain situations. What’s great is that it’s not hard to make Zhongli a powerful part of your team.

If you’ve been playing Genshin Impact for a bit, you might have heard about how powerful Zhongli’s Elemental Burst is. It can increase damage by nearly 900 percent at level ten based on his attack power, which is one of the highest boosts in the game.

But the interesting thing is, that’s not even the main thing about him. What Zhongli is known for is his ability to create shields.

These shields protect your team members from taking damage. So, even though he can do a lot of damage with the right setup, his main job is to keep your team safe and boost their damage, not to be the main damage dealer.

Artifact Set Archaic Petra, Tenacity of the Millelith
Weapons Vortex Vanquisher, The Catch, Wavebreaker’s Fin

If you’re playing Genshin Impact without spending much money (F2P or low-spending), you’ll find it best to use Zhongli as a supporting character. The artifacts and weapons we talked about before are great for him.

The first artifact set can make him increase damage for a certain type of attack by 35% when you pick up a special item called a crystallized shard. The second set helps make your whole team stronger.

You can also mix and match two pieces from the Archaic Petra set with two pieces from the Retracing Bolide set. This combo gives Zhongli’s shields more power, making it easier for him to protect your team.

When it comes to weapons, if you don’t have a special weapon made just for Zhongli, it might be hard to find Polearms that fit perfectly with his abilities. But the other two weapons we mentioned can still help him do more damage with his powerful attack.

Artifact Set Emblem of Severed Fate
Weapons Staff of Homa, The Catch

Zhongli has a passive that raises his Normal Attack, Skill, and Burst DMG dependent on his current HP, as well as the stat that determines how much DMG his shield can withstand. This allows him to become a semi-DPS in your party, dealing primarily Burst DMG anytime you use his Elemental Burst.

For this build, the ideal weapon is the Staff of Homa, which provides both HP and ATK. However, The Catch can work well with the Emblem of Severed Fate set.
