The new Harry Potter video game, Hogwarts Legacy, is rumored to be the most expansive Harry Potter game ever created, both in terms of size and quality; consequently, fans are so excited that they can hardly keep their wizarding hats on. These days people are searching for the Hogwarts Legacy Release Date.
Unfortunately, this excitement was recently met with news of a crushing delay, which delayed the game’s release schedule to February 2023. However, WB Games and the Harry Potter Fan Club have chosen to address the problem by allowing gamers to get pre-sorted into their respective Hogwarts houses.
The website WizardingWorld.com has published a blog post in which it explains that gamers can now link their recently made or pre-existing WB Games accounts and Harry Potter Fan Club accounts, thereby transferring all of their data, including the house they were sorted into.
This feature was previously only available to WB Games account holders. The players of Hogwarts Legacy will, according to a report that was published by IGN, receive an account link prompt at the launch of the game, giving them the option to either scan a QR code or visit the website that is displayed on the screen of the game. This will take place once Hogwarts Legacy is released. The game session can start as soon as everything is connected.
We have no choice but to acknowledge that this is a pretty meager apology for the delay in the game. It would appear that WB Games shares this sentiment, as the company has decided to provide two in-game incentives to players who migrate their data from the Harry Potter Fun Club to the WizzardingWorld.com website.
As part of these incentives, you will receive a Beaked Skull mask as well as a House Fanatic School Robe. In addition, players will be able to bring their own customized wands with them when they play Hogwarts Legacy.
Hogwarts Legacy Release Date
The story of Hogwarts Legacy was first divulged in 2022, and its events take place a significant amount of time before those in the Harry Potter book series and the Fantastic Beasts trilogy. As a result, the number of poorly optimized and outright bad games and franchise installments in the past two years has been staggering and perhaps the highest in the gaming industry. The PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One versions of Hogwarts Legacy are all slated to become available on February 10, 2023.

Previous Xbox Insider Release Notes have documented several concerns, as far as we are aware. Xbox experts are aware of the issues, but it will take longer to find a solution.
Controllers
Some players have reported that their controllers suddenly fall out of sync with the system or entirely disconnect. Please remember to report this issue after re-connecting if you experience this behavior.
Contradictory Shouts
Discord Code
You must scan the QR code (in stage 3 of the setup) with your mobile device. This prerequisite is necessary for the preview but will be removed before the full release. If you use a browser other than Safari as your default on an iOS device, you may have trouble associating the Discord Mobile app to your account.
Workaround
Please check that Safari is set as the default browser on your iOS device and then try again. If you have previously linked your accounts but have now unlinked them, you can reconnect them at https://discord.com/feature/xboxLinkBeta.
Some customers who have used streaming apps have reported problems with launching games. Please let us know how we can improve this feature by submitting feedback via the Report a Problem button if you encounter this. The workaround is to simply restart the system, at which point games should load normally.

Some Users Have Reported That HDMI Is Malfunctioning.

It has been noted by a few customers that the dashboard is missing the icon for a disc-based game.
My Apps & Video Games
When selecting “Group by console type” in My Games & Apps, the “Xbox One X Enhanced games” sub-section will no longer be displayed. Users must utilize the Filter function to filter by console type to see these games. When you press the Menu button on your controller, you won’t see the option to delete games just yet.
Fix
Go to Menu > Manage game and add-ons > Uninstall all. The free space indicator does not change when selecting a particular storage medium to view alone.
Workaround
You may see how much space is available on each storage device by going to My games & apps > Manage > Storage devices. Inadvertently, some collection titles may be labeled as “trial.” There is a chance that the warning icon will show up for games on the disc that the user hasn’t yet started.
Xbox Alpha Version Release
Fix
Put in the disc, start the game, and reload the Home screen. Launch the Guide, select “Home,” hit the Menu key for “More options,” and finally select “Refresh” to update your Home.
Spotify
Some Windows Sonic users have reported hearing echoes or echoes when playing back their audio.
Workaround
You can change Spotify’s audio settings to something else.
TV/Display
While booting, the console may be shown at the wrong resolution, according to certain users. We’re looking into it right now.
Please report this behavior as soon as possible via the Report a Problem link if you experience it. Please identify your TV or display’s brand and model if you haven’t already done so.
A workaround is to reboot the console through the Power menu (Holding down the Xbox button brings up the Power menu).
