The prize for Neutral Creeps has been reduced by two points across the board.
Mines, Graveyard, Statue, and Well boosts no longer affect neutral creeps.
The attack damage of Super Creeps and Mega Creeps has been increased by 5.
Courier Attacks to kill have taken the place of health.
Courier is killed after one melee hero attack, two ranged hero attacks or six creep/tower attacks.
Courier can no longer be healed and cannot regenerate health unless they are in the fountain.
Fountain now deals 25% splash damage to targets within a 250-foot radius.

Teleport times to Outposts in the Radiant and Dire jungles have been reduced from 6 seconds to 4 seconds.
Twin Gates now cost 75 mana to use.
Twin Gates can be used for free by units with no mana.
Tormentor no longer has the option of having less than 0 armour.
“The Shining” is a new ability for Tormentor. Deals 30 damage per second at 0.2s intervals (6 damage per tick) to all units within the 1200 range.
Roshan now has a new ability. The roar of vengeance. If assaulted by the team that last killed him, Roshan will erupt in a global roar, damaging all units in 900 AoE and applying a debuff that boosts incoming damage by 25%. When Roshan’s health falls below 80%, this triggers. Damage is 50. Damage per minute bonus: 10. Debuff Duration: 8 seconds. Cooldown time: 20 seconds
Roshan’s Banner is a new Roshan drop. It places a banner anywhere on the map that benefits ally lane creeps for 45 seconds every time they move inside a 750-meter radius, increasing their health by 75% and damage by 50%. Banner can be destroyed with 6 hero attacks (creep attacks count as 1/4th of a hero attack) or it can last 5 minutes. The item is consumed when it is used. Roshan drops Cheese when killed on the Radiant side, and Roshan’s Banner when killed on the Dire side, beginning with the second death.
Roshan now drops Refresher Shard on the Radiant side and Aghanim’s Blessing on the Dire side starting with the third death.
Damage is multiplied by two. Amplify Damage Rune has been renamed. The base damage boost was reduced from 100% to 80%. Now includes +15% Spell Amplification.
Invisibility Each full rune cycle now offers 25% damage mitigation and +5% visibility.
Haste Rune now lasts 22s + +3s every rune cycle.
Arcane Rune Regeneration The reduction was reduced from 30% to 25%.
Regeneration Taken damage no longer disables the rune; instead, it reduces the regen rate to 1% HP/MP each second.
A tree was removed from the space on top of Dire’s Tier 2 Mid tower.
A tree was removed from the region on top of Radiant’s Tier 1 Mid tower.
On top of Dire’s Tier 1 Top tower, a tree near the Medium Neutral camp was felled.
A tree on the route underneath Radiant’s Tier 2 Bottom tower was felled.
Support for a new bonus has been added: AoE Radius Affects Areas of Effect, increasing spell width and radius. Aether Lens’s previously expanded lengths and ranges are unaffected. Auras and passive aura-like components of some active spells are also ignored (for example, Urn’s soul harvesting radius and Silencer’s INT steal range).
Currently, only Bloodstone provides this effect.
Fixed a long-standing and game-breaking problem in which the hero melee damage block chance was 49% instead of 50%.

Provides +35 Damage
Passive: Glass Cannon. The wearer takes 8% more damage from all sources
Passive: Glassify. Wearer’s attacks apply a debuff on enemy targets that increases all damage taken by them by 12%. Debuff duration: 5s. Only one enemy can have this debuff at the same time
