Warzone 2.0 Loadouts: Although Warzone 2.0 has been available for a while, not everyone is satisfied with the updates made to the battle royale mode. One such unpopular modification involved the time, location, and method of accessing load-outs. But now, according to a new update by Raven Software, drop grenades at Buy Stations will once again give you access to your entire loadout.

Call of Duty relies heavily on players’ ability to construct customized load-outs, which include weapons, accessories, in-game currency, and bonuses that affect several gameplay metrics. Although you started each round in the first Warzone with only a handgun, a drop with your complete loadout may be purchased at a nearby Buy Station.
Have a holly, jolly #Warzone2,
It’s the best time of the year,
I don’t know if there’ll be snow,
but have a… Loadout Drop Grenade 🎁
Now available at Buy Stations across Al Mazrah.

Warzone 2.0, however, included random loadout drops and imprisoned players’ full loadouts behind difficult-to-clear AI strongholds (which every other player will compete for). This drastic adjustment has not gone down well with players because now you can only buy your primary weapon at Buy Stations. Things are different now.
Raven Software announced the addition of “Loadout Drop Grenades” to Warzone 2.0 in a holiday-themed tweet thread.
While the basic premise of each battle royale mode is the same, the cost varies. You can equip a “grenade” that, when thrown, will cause a loadout drop to occur in the location you specify for the specified prices below.
- Solos: $8,000
- Duos: $16,000
- Trios: $24,000
- Quads: $32,000
Some may argue that the benefit of a full loadout, bonuses and all, should come with some degree of difficulty, but the price in quads sure feels steep. (Many players have found that Safe Cracking contracts are the quickest and easiest method to rake in cash. Intel Recovery is also a service that is worth considering.
Although Warzone 2.0 includes several novel additions, such as AI-defended strongholds, the requirement to clear up space or wait for a random drop in order to obtain your loadout has occasionally felt like a “you better eat your vegetables” edict from the game.
Not having instantaneous access to your full loadout due to time constraints brought on by the closing circle and other players has spoiled the experience for many.

First impressions tell me that the current prices for loadout drop grenades are probably stable. Raven Software has emphasized that it will be keeping an eye on how this affects players’ Warzone 2.0 experience as a whole, and making adjustments if necessary.

Whatever happens, I’ll just keep to my plan of staying out of sight till the finish and then murdering the remaining enemies as cheaply as possible.

The TAQ-56 has become the dominant weapon in Warzone 2 as of December 2022. To begin with, what is this? The TAQ-56 is the new standard for success in Warzone 2, so use it if you want to get ahead. The Kostov 762 and the RPK are two other excellent meta weapons.
Will Warzone 2 have old guns?
Where will my “Warzone” weapons and skins go? All of the DLC for “Warzone,” “Modern Warfare,” “Black Ops,” and “Vanguard” that players have acquired and purchased over the past three years will remain playable in “Warzone,” but not in “Warzone 2.0.”
