Left And Dry DMZ is the Redacted faction’s final Tier 2 assignment in Warzone 2. You must exchange a valuable item, obtain a key, and successfully exfiltrate using a laptop to finish this assignment! Here is a short guide that will help you complete this quest.
What Is the Purpose of the Left High and Dry DMZ Mission?
- Trade a GPU for the Skeleton Key.
- Use the Skeleton Key to open Sniper Team’s Hideout.
- Extract the Cartel Dossier item from the hideout.
The Skeleton Key and its application in this mode were covered in our post on the DMZ Season 3 modifications. To obtain this key, the new Barter system must trade a valued object, which differs in each area. You would first need a Skeleton Key to complete the first goal of the Left And Dry DMZ assignment.
Since the goals of this operation are in Al-Mazrah, you must locate and exchange a GPU on this map to obtain a skeleton key. On any map, a GPU can be found as ground loot. To see this item, look for PCs in office-style buildings. The Barter option in the But Station will then let you exchange it for a Skeleton Key. However, you may also try Plan B if you have a Secure Backpack and can move stuff between maps.
In our second strategy, you must visit Building 21 and locate three encrypted hard disks to receive the Skeleton Key. Compared to a GPU in Al-Mazrah, these drives are considerably simpler to see on the limited Building 21 map. But the Skeleton Key should be brought from Building 21 to Al-Mazrah in a Secure Backpack. After that, it would be preferable to go to Akhdar Village to locate the Sniper Team’s covert location.
